Caitie K I got my hair coloured and cut today by Bouzh and it was one of the best hair salon experiences Ive ever had. Bouzh was very patient with me when I was indecisive about the toner and was very informative and supportive. The price was fantastic and so was the confidence that had been restored the moment my hair was finished. I will absolutely return! I will include a photo right before my appointment and then photos of my hair once it was done!

Payman Westfield offers a great shopping experience with a wide variety of stores, dining options, and entertainment. The mall is well-maintained, spacious, and easy to navigate, making it a great place for both shopping and leisure. However, the carpark smells unpleasant, possibly due to rubbish bins being left nearby, which detracts from the overall experience.

I’m writing to express my disappointment after my recent visit to your Doncaster location. While I understand that arriving late to an appointment can be inconvenient, I was less than 30 minutes late — hardly enough to warrant the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from your staff member, Anna. What’s particularly frustrating is the double standard. On multiple occasions (more than three times, to be exact), I have waited patiently when your team has run late for my appointments — without so much as a complaint from me. Yet, the one time the situation was reversed, Annas reaction was not only unprofessional but completely lacking in basic courtesy and understanding. A business that expects flexibility from its clients should be prepared to offer the same in return. I also noticed the entire 10 to 15 minutes that I was sitting on the chair she was just in front of the computer acting like she’s very busy typing something. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the need for better staff training in customer service and professionalism. No one should have to tolerate being spoken to rudely, especially not when theyve been a loyal and understanding client.

Ace Almario I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for businesses but if I’m in tears upon leaving the venue I think it’s justified. Had my nails done on the 30th September (4:30pm) ($81) for my upcoming birthday and the chrome was a beautiful color! In a span of less than 15hrs since the service (9:00am the following day), I noticed the chrome has slowly chipped off. But I had such a busy day/week ahead I couldn’t go back to get it fixed or checked out so I just let it be. Nearly 3 weeks after (October 18), I’ve decided to go back to get it “professionally” removed. I’ve been advised by plenty of nail techs not to remove extensions on my own as it damages your nail bed and causes your nails to thin out. To my surprise, the nail tech that looked after me decided to pluck out my nail extensions as I would at home. Then her colleague came out with a hot water bowl with acetone which was the appropriate method of removing my nails but since the First Lady had already took it upon herself to remove my nails as such, they’ve just continued with it. Attached below is how my nails looked like after removal. I proceeded to then be charged $20 for a service which I could’ve done myself at home. It was very upsetting cause I spent couple of months nurturing and making my nails healthy again only for them to ruin it. Lovely people but unfortunately terrible service and not worth the value.
