I’m writing to express my disappointment after my recent visit to your Doncaster location. While I understand that arriving late to an appointment can be inconvenient, I was less than 30 minutes late — hardly enough to warrant the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from your staff member, Anna. What’s particularly frustrating is the double standard. On multiple occasions (more than three times, to be exact), I have waited patiently when your team has run late for my appointments — without so much as a complaint from me. Yet, the one time the situation was reversed, Annas reaction was not only unprofessional but completely lacking in basic courtesy and understanding. A business that expects flexibility from its clients should be prepared to offer the same in return. I also noticed the entire 10 to 15 minutes that I was sitting on the chair she was just in front of the computer acting like she’s very busy typing something. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the need for better staff training in customer service and professionalism. No one should have to tolerate being spoken to rudely, especially not when theyve been a loyal and understanding client.

1 /5 Gelareh Jafari: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I originally had bookings at the Eastland location, and when it closed, I transferred all my sessions to the Doncaster clinic. Somehow, two of my full face laser sessions were not transferred, and no one took responsibility for the error. On top of that, I showed up twice at Eastland only to be told their laser machine was broken, with no prior notice—completely wasting my time. Most recently, I missed an appointment at Doncaster due to a family emergency and I accidentally left my phone at home, so I couldn’t contact them in time. I explained everything and still had the session deducted from my account for no show with zero understanding or flexibility. This clinic seems far more focused on taking your money than providing decent customer service or support. Once my remaining sessions are done, I will never return and do not recommend them to anyone.

1 /5 Bahar Bakhtiari: Terrible experience – beware of this clinic! I deeply regret choosing this place. Not only was the laser treatment extremely poor in quality (I actually noticed more hair growth in areas that were previously hair-free), but their customer service is outrageous. I paid over $270 for a maintenance session and sent them a message to cancel in advance. Despite that, they refused any refund, citing an unreasonable cancellation policy – they claimed the entire session fee is non-refundable just because I responded “late.” This feels like outright theft. Their behaviour is unethical and completely unfair. Stay away unless you want to waste your money and be treated with zero respect.

1 /5 Ava Rafatnejad: After 20 years of laser for hair removal, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic for the following reasons: 1- Unprofessional Technician: I had two extremely painful laser hair removal sessions with the same technician, which made me seriously question the quality of service. The pain was so intense and the technicians lack of concern so noticeable that I had to stop her in the middle of the second session. 2- Not addressing feedback: Despite providing feedback via feedback survey, email and phone, my concerns were ignored and went unaddressed. 3- Unprofessional Management Policy: Eventually, I had to book another session because I had already paid for it. By chance, the management answered my call. After explaining my experience, I was disappointed by their lack of support. Instead of apologizing and offering a resolution, they seemed to side with the technician and dismissed my concerns. As a result of this poor experience, I felt compelled to change to a different clinic, even though it’s much farther and with a different brand. I expected better customer service and resolution, but unfortunately, I did not receive the attention or support I needed.

1 /5 S M: I’ve been coming to this clinic for a number of years for laser hair removal. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated to a level that I can no longer tolerate. Some of the laser technicians are very poorly trained both in laser hair removal and customer service. There have been a few occasions where the I’ve felt that the staff were not lasering safely and would disregard clear signs of intense pain. It’s very apparent that the staff are encouraged to treat clients as quickly as possible without any consideration for the quality of the service, meaning large sections of hair are often missed or the laser settings are inappropriately titrated. It’s quite clear that the staff, including management, don’t care about feedback. There have been a few rare technicians that are wonderful, polite and thorough but the high turnover rate of staff here means they aren’t around for long. Sitting in the waiting room and hearing the staff gossip about clients is also really unprofessional and disappointing. If the store manager or owner have any interest in improving the reputation of this clinic some extra training, support and oversight for the staff would go a long way and hopefully help with staff retention. Please do better.
