1 /5 Ava Rafatnejad: After 20 years of laser for hair removal, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic for the following reasons:
1- Unprofessional Technician: I had two extremely painful laser hair removal sessions with the same technician, which made me seriously question the quality of service. The pain was so intense and the technicians lack of concern so noticeable that I had to stop her in the middle of the second session.
2- Not addressing feedback: Despite providing feedback via feedback survey, email and phone, my concerns were ignored and went unaddressed.
3- Unprofessional Management Policy: Eventually, I had to book another session because I had already paid for it. By chance, the management answered my call. After explaining my experience, I was disappointed by their lack of support. Instead of apologizing and offering a resolution, they seemed to side with the technician and dismissed my concerns.
As a result of this poor experience, I felt compelled to change to a different clinic, even though it’s much farther and with a different brand. I expected better customer service and resolution, but unfortunately, I did not receive the attention or support I needed.
