Caitie K I got my hair coloured and cut today by Bouzh and it was one of the best hair salon experiences Ive ever had. Bouzh was very patient with me when I was indecisive about the toner and was very informative and supportive. The price was fantastic and so was the confidence that had been restored the moment my hair was finished. I will absolutely return! I will include a photo right before my appointment and then photos of my hair once it was done!

Grace I got my bob cut trimmed and blow dried from VA hair by Bouzh today and I was very impressed by his expertise and professionalism to say the least. He spend his time and energy in my appointment, whilst adding a lot of value to the whole experience by giving me tips on how to style my bob. He is very friendly and I will be coming back to him in the future.

Payman Westfield offers a great shopping experience with a wide variety of stores, dining options, and entertainment. The mall is well-maintained, spacious, and easy to navigate, making it a great place for both shopping and leisure. However, the carpark smells unpleasant, possibly due to rubbish bins being left nearby, which detracts from the overall experience.

NOT impressed that there was only 1 lift working for access to other floors by mobility challenged shoppers, which appeared to be mainly for carpark access, and we couldnt access all the other stores on the LG level. Appreciated the availability of mobility scooters as well

Maria Yap Paint and Sip for Mother’s Day was an okay experience. The drinks especially the gin and tonic (with Four pillars gin) and San Pellegrino water were great. Food box from Laurent tasted good too, although not enough. The actual painting started late and felt rushed at the end, this could have been better. The shopping discount cards provided were just so so.

I’m writing to express my disappointment after my recent visit to your Doncaster location. While I understand that arriving late to an appointment can be inconvenient, I was less than 30 minutes late — hardly enough to warrant the rude and unprofessional treatment I received from your staff member, Anna. What’s particularly frustrating is the double standard. On multiple occasions (more than three times, to be exact), I have waited patiently when your team has run late for my appointments — without so much as a complaint from me. Yet, the one time the situation was reversed, Annas reaction was not only unprofessional but completely lacking in basic courtesy and understanding. A business that expects flexibility from its clients should be prepared to offer the same in return. I also noticed the entire 10 to 15 minutes that I was sitting on the chair she was just in front of the computer acting like she’s very busy typing something. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the need for better staff training in customer service and professionalism. No one should have to tolerate being spoken to rudely, especially not when theyve been a loyal and understanding client.

Gelareh Jafari I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I originally had bookings at the Eastland location, and when it closed, I transferred all my sessions to the Doncaster clinic. Somehow, two of my full face laser sessions were not transferred, and no one took responsibility for the error. On top of that, I showed up twice at Eastland only to be told their laser machine was broken, with no prior notice—completely wasting my time. Most recently, I missed an appointment at Doncaster due to a family emergency and I accidentally left my phone at home, so I couldn’t contact them in time. I explained everything and still had the session deducted from my account for no show with zero understanding or flexibility. This clinic seems far more focused on taking your money than providing decent customer service or support. Once my remaining sessions are done, I will never return and do not recommend them to anyone.

Bahar Bakhtiari Terrible experience – beware of this clinic! I deeply regret choosing this place. Not only was the laser treatment extremely poor in quality (I actually noticed more hair growth in areas that were previously hair-free), but their customer service is outrageous. I paid over $270 for a maintenance session and sent them a message to cancel in advance. Despite that, they refused any refund, citing an unreasonable cancellation policy – they claimed the entire session fee is non-refundable just because I responded “late.” This feels like outright theft. Their behaviour is unethical and completely unfair. Stay away unless you want to waste your money and be treated with zero respect.

Ava Rafatnejad After 20 years of laser for hair removal, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic for the following reasons: 1- Unprofessional Technician: I had two extremely painful laser hair removal sessions with the same technician, which made me seriously question the quality of service. The pain was so intense and the technicians lack of concern so noticeable that I had to stop her in the middle of the second session. 2- Not addressing feedback: Despite providing feedback via feedback survey, email and phone, my concerns were ignored and went unaddressed. 3- Unprofessional Management Policy: Eventually, I had to book another session because I had already paid for it. By chance, the management answered my call. After explaining my experience, I was disappointed by their lack of support. Instead of apologizing and offering a resolution, they seemed to side with the technician and dismissed my concerns. As a result of this poor experience, I felt compelled to change to a different clinic, even though it’s much farther and with a different brand. I expected better customer service and resolution, but unfortunately, I did not receive the attention or support I needed.

S M I’ve been coming to this clinic for a number of years for laser hair removal. Unfortunately the service has deteriorated to a level that I can no longer tolerate. Some of the laser technicians are very poorly trained both in laser hair removal and customer service. There have been a few occasions where the I’ve felt that the staff were not lasering safely and would disregard clear signs of intense pain. It’s very apparent that the staff are encouraged to treat clients as quickly as possible without any consideration for the quality of the service, meaning large sections of hair are often missed or the laser settings are inappropriately titrated. It’s quite clear that the staff, including management, don’t care about feedback. There have been a few rare technicians that are wonderful, polite and thorough but the high turnover rate of staff here means they aren’t around for long. Sitting in the waiting room and hearing the staff gossip about clients is also really unprofessional and disappointing. If the store manager or owner have any interest in improving the reputation of this clinic some extra training, support and oversight for the staff would go a long way and hopefully help with staff retention. Please do better.

Ace Almario I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for businesses but if I’m in tears upon leaving the venue I think it’s justified. Had my nails done on the 30th September (4:30pm) ($81) for my upcoming birthday and the chrome was a beautiful color! In a span of less than 15hrs since the service (9:00am the following day), I noticed the chrome has slowly chipped off. But I had such a busy day/week ahead I couldn’t go back to get it fixed or checked out so I just let it be. Nearly 3 weeks after (October 18), I’ve decided to go back to get it “professionally” removed. I’ve been advised by plenty of nail techs not to remove extensions on my own as it damages your nail bed and causes your nails to thin out. To my surprise, the nail tech that looked after me decided to pluck out my nail extensions as I would at home. Then her colleague came out with a hot water bowl with acetone which was the appropriate method of removing my nails but since the First Lady had already took it upon herself to remove my nails as such, they’ve just continued with it. Attached below is how my nails looked like after removal. I proceeded to then be charged $20 for a service which I could’ve done myself at home. It was very upsetting cause I spent couple of months nurturing and making my nails healthy again only for them to ruin it. Lovely people but unfortunately terrible service and not worth the value.

F S I went to Marvellous nails because I have been doing builder gel in the city for the last few years and was becoming inconvenient having to travel into the city to do my nails. When I found out they did builder gel I decided to try them out today, experience was great, their salon was clean. Mai did my nails and they look great, she also gave me advice on what products are best for my nail type. I will definitely be back and booking with Mai!

Joanna Avoid at all costs. I wanted to try a new nail salon and thought I’d try this one as I’ve walked past it multiple times before. I should’ve known when they were empty but I still have them the benefit of the doubt. All I can say is I received an overall horrible experience and this will be my first and last time coming here. I got Shellac nails done and they were extremely messy and streaky. I asked the lady to re-do them as they looked worse than what I could do at home by myself and she became extremely aggressive. She painted around 5 layer of shellac on my nails and kept buffing it down to re-add a new layer on and it just kept getting worse each time. Besides cutting my fingers, she also managed to cut her own finger and was bleeding all over my hands. I eventually asked for them to remove the whole thing and told them I no longer wanted to do my nails anymore and they said they can’t “refund me” as my friend who was doing her nails had already paid for the both of us. Another lady came and proceeded to do my nails and this was the end result. Crooked and messy nails. Never again.

Bella Bella I had an amazing experience at the salon thanks to Annie! She did my nails beautifully, opting for cat eyes with SNS and tips, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. What really stood out to me was Annies patience; I was having a tough time deciding on the perfect color, but she was so helpful in guiding me through the options. Her expertise made all the difference, and I truly appreciate her support. I will definitely be returning to see Annie for my nails again!

Ksenia Kachtelian Excellent service and great care taken by all staff. This is by far my favourite nail salon in the area, they had a change of management late last year and since then they have been incredible! They made sure that each nail was sculpted perfectly, same length and same shape. Highly highly recommend!!!
