1 /5 Ace Almario: I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for businesses but if I’m in tears upon leaving the venue I think it’s justified. Had my nails done on the 30th September (4:30pm) ($81) for my upcoming birthday and the chrome was a beautiful color! In a span of less than 15hrs since the service (9:00am the following day), I noticed the chrome has slowly chipped off. But I had such a busy day/week ahead I couldn’t go back to get it fixed or checked out so I just let it be. Nearly 3 weeks after (October 18), I’ve decided to go back to get it “professionally” removed. I’ve been advised by plenty of nail techs not to remove extensions on my own as it damages your nail bed and causes your nails to thin out. To my surprise, the nail tech that looked after me decided to pluck out my nail extensions as I would at home. Then her colleague came out with a hot water bowl with acetone which was the appropriate method of removing my nails but since the First Lady had already took it upon herself to remove my nails as such, they’ve just continued with it. Attached below is how my nails looked like after removal. I proceeded to then be charged $20 for a service which I could’ve done myself at home. It was very upsetting cause I spent couple of months nurturing and making my nails healthy again only for them to ruin it. Lovely people but unfortunately terrible service and not worth the value.

5 /5 F S: I went to Marvellous nails because I have been doing builder gel in the city for the last few years and was becoming inconvenient having to travel into the city to do my nails. When I found out they did builder gel I decided to try them out today, experience was great, their salon was clean. Mai did my nails and they look great, she also gave me advice on what products are best for my nail type. I will definitely be back and booking with Mai!

1 /5 Joanna: Avoid at all costs. I wanted to try a new nail salon and thought I’d try this one as I’ve walked past it multiple times before. I should’ve known when they were empty but I still have them the benefit of the doubt. All I can say is I received an overall horrible experience and this will be my first and last time coming here. I got Shellac nails done and they were extremely messy and streaky. I asked the lady to re-do them as they looked worse than what I could do at home by myself and she became extremely aggressive. She painted around 5 layer of shellac on my nails and kept buffing it down to re-add a new layer on and it just kept getting worse each time. Besides cutting my fingers, she also managed to cut her own finger and was bleeding all over my hands. I eventually asked for them to remove the whole thing and told them I no longer wanted to do my nails anymore and they said they can’t “refund me” as my friend who was doing her nails had already paid for the both of us. Another lady came and proceeded to do my nails and this was the end result. Crooked and messy nails. Never again.

5 /5 Bella Bella: I had an amazing experience at the salon thanks to Annie! She did my nails beautifully, opting for cat eyes with SNS and tips, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. What really stood out to me was Annies patience; I was having a tough time deciding on the perfect color, but she was so helpful in guiding me through the options. Her expertise made all the difference, and I truly appreciate her support. I will definitely be returning to see Annie for my nails again!

5 /5 Ksenia Kachtelian: Excellent service and great care taken by all staff. This is by far my favourite nail salon in the area, they had a change of management late last year and since then they have been incredible! They made sure that each nail was sculpted perfectly, same length and same shape. Highly highly recommend!!!
