Kieron Reynolds Extremely professional service. From the time you walk in, Nikki makes you feel welcome and talks you through the pros and cons of each service available and makes sure to provide the one that best suits your needs. Went for a consultation and came up with a treatment to clear dark spots on my face. After 6-8 weeks of using the products, my face was much clearer and feeling fresh. Provided multitude of information, for during and after care and was able to answer all my questions. Also, on a subsequent visit, I got a 1 hour massage and the environment was very soothing, massage was extremely relaxing and service was strictly professional. Would recommend Nikki for all your skin treatments and massages.

Lauren Iannazzo Highly recommend!!! I do like a dark tan generally, but didnt want to be too dark for my wedding day (against a white dress... maybe not). So I got their 3x tan bundle deal, to trial the different mixtuesz they have (and trial the timings too)... but they got it perfect the first time! They also kept my tan/mixture/timing recorded incase I forgot, and were so incredibly friendly and helpful every time i went in! The colour was perfect!!! Very natural, while also giving me a nice glow (see pix. note: I am naturally very fair). With the trial runs, I didnt have any worries or stress on the night before/day of, wonding "what if i look like an oompa loompa!" or "what if Im all streaky" - I knew we had it perfected. Just make sure you TRIAL it - everyone is different, you want to know what it will look like on YOUR skin, and how long you want to let it develop before washing of so you get the right shade YOU are after. And EVEN if you are not new to tanning (Ive heard some horror stories about newbies getting a spray tan the night before their wedding with out a trial run - cant blame the salon at that point), ust book the tials - saves you so much stess later on!

Yasumi Maneka If I could give zero stars, I would. I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service. My mum had an appointment for a treatment at the Fountain Gate, and not once was she informed that she needed to prepare her skin beforehand. The staff failed to mention this during the booking process. It wasnt until she arrived for her appointment and waited 15-20 minutes past her scheduled time that they told her she needed to apply a serum for a week prior to the treatment. Why wasn’t this communicated during the booking, so she could have been properly prepared? Its absolutely essential that businesses explain pre-treatment care, as well as aftercare and during the treatment, so customers know what to expect. The lack of transparency here is appalling. They also charge a $20 consultation fee, which is supposedly applied to the treatment cost. However, since my mum never received her treatment, I requested a refund. I was told it would be processed by the end of the week, but it’s now been three weeks, and we’ve still received no refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews—save your money and go somewhere that knows how to properly take care of their clients.

They are also flexible to my booking of appointments and even cancellations if I cannot make them. Overall, I am a satisfied client and will always be back as they have many deals to choose from .

Tianne Marzden Worst blow wave ever, she did not know what she was doing. They left 15 hair brushes in my hair because they didnt have rollers!!! It was so heavy and my hair was so flat. I showed a photo of what i wanted and it looked nothing like it. Even the cut wasnt that great, even i could see the shorter layers on the top of the head, i had to point it out to her! They burnt my hair and my head! It smells burnt, not even when i curl with my hair iron it smells like that. See below what i got vs what i showed her LOL. What a joke.

Michael Williams Caution. We took our 5 year old daughter to have both her ears pierced, and we really should have trusted our gut and walked away. The staff were disorganised, and the 2 women there were not child-friendly at all, which made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. Despite our concerns, we went ahead with the piercing. Once we got home, we noticed something was seriously wrong. The exit holes were uneven. One was positioned correctly, but the other was angled too far outward on the ear. We felt terrible. Our daughter had been so brave, and now she would have to go through the whole thing again because it had been done incorrectly. We returned to the store for advice. Without even properly looking at both ears, one of the women immediately insisted it was fine, saying it was just swollen and would settle as it healed. Our daughter was incredible brave, barley moved or cried, but when we went back the woman tried to shift the blame to our daughter exaggerating saying she moved and cried a lot which was entirely not true. We kept asking questions because it clearly did not look right. She then said she could re-pierce it straight away. That really concerned us. Piercing over a fresh wound without healing time seemed completely wrong, but she assured us it would be fine. At that point, we left and got second and third opinions from two other professional piercing stores. Both confirmed that the piercing had been done incorrectly and would likely catch on clothing. They both advised that it needed to be removed, allowed to heal, and only then re-pierced. This has been a really disappointing experience. We regret going there and would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for childrens piercings.

When it come to choosing my jewellery they have over 200+ jewellery options which made it hard to choose my favourite pieces. I was only going for 1 piercing and left with 3!! Suzanna Coach This little beautician salon offers everything and its wonderful. From skin care, hair removal, electrolyis, laser treatments which actually work. Products used which you can also purchase are quality. There is a range of beautiful French skincare and other various ones which are divine. Treatments including facials are so relaxing and I feel amazing every time I walk out. Prices are excellent. I thoroughly recommend this salon. It is a hidden gem and the beautician herself is so knowledgeable.
