Prue GILBERT Male who did my sns was annoyed when I said I’d like one of the nails a bit rounder he said ‘ you say almond now you want round… I tried to explain and he roughly files 3 nails round… he frequently twisted my thumb and ignored my flinching and exclamation… he walked off not telling me how long to let them dry and I had to ask another technician who then put oil on . I got home and my thumbnail cracked after 2 days . I don’t want to go back to fix it in case he is there. So I’ll glue it !!

Vinali De Silva Had the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I went to get my nails done today both manicure and pedicure in shellac The lady (nail technician) who does nails was very rude, impolite towards me from the start even didn’t manage to apply the color that I selected and did a terrible job buffing my nails beds, the lengths were uneven. When I requested her to fix it probably she started to raise her voice and be more angry and impolite towards me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Anyone to get services from this salon Although the prices seemed cheap not worth the experience i had in there. I had to re-do my nails from nail bar downstairs

emily warry after a couple days my sisters nails had already fallen off, during the service she asked the man to fix her nails and he ignored her. he then proceeded to slap her hand when she took her nails away from the fan. (possibly due to her age, her being 11) which is disgusting!! he painted my nails using normal polish, the paint was too thick and he didn’t let each coat dry. we left the salon and the underneath coat was still wet, making the nails move around causing creases. i had to go back and he gave me gel for free.
