Lisa Ambrose Based on my experience, in my opinion, this is a dishonest dentists who does not care or take responsibility when they make a mistake.
They caused terrible pain by damaging my tooth and nerve during a procedure in October 2024. I was in pain for several days so went back to ask for help. They said they had permanently damaged a nerve and I would have to pay for root canal to fix the damage they had caused or they would remove the tooth that they had damaged for free.
They are now denying any responsibility saying they had warned me of the risks, but the only warning they gave me was eight months earlier when I had a previous filling – and they admit this – so are just using it as an excuse. I am still in pain and they have now told me not to come back and to go to another dentist.
At the moment, I can’t afford to go to court or pay to have the damage they caused fixed, and I do not want to have the tooth they damaged removed, so I am having to live with the pain until I can afford to do something about it.
I expect excuses and denials to appear in a response but I have stated simple facts here and, if you are choosing a dentist, I respectfully suggest you ask yourself: is it worth the risk that I might be telling the truth and this might happen to you...
Thanks for reading, Lisa.

Caitlin McLaren Unfortunately, I havent had a great experience with the recommendations made by the dentists here. It seems the dentists are quick to misrepresent information to recommend expensive surgeries, without consideration for alternatives. I recently sought a second opinion after receiving this hasty recommendation and luckily was given a much more comprehensive diagnosis and a number of options to consider. Unfortunately I wont be back
