Ellie Took my broken chain to be fixed and my watch to have a link removed. I popped down to the chemist and came back and my necklace was good as new and they quickly altered my watch. They were so lovely as well and an extremely fair price :)

tina frbz My recent experience at Spring Jewellery was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I brought in a ring to be resized, patiently waiting for three weeks only to find out they had completely mishandled it. Instead of resizing it, they somehow managed to break and even burn the ring. Their response was shocking and insensitive. They flippantly remarked that fixing their mistake was like bringing someone back from the dead, showing a complete lack of accountability or concern for their error. To make matters worse, they tried to brush off their negligence by offering me a minimal amount of money for the ruined ring. They then suggested I use that money towards purchasing a new, more expensive ring from their store, expecting me to foot the bill for their incompetence. Overall, Spring Jewellery demonstrated a total disregard for customer satisfaction and responsibility. Their careless handling of my ring and dismissive attitude towards their mistake left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting this shop with their jewelry needs.

Firstly didn’t serve us, were standing there for 30 mins, secondly, didn’t tell us how long it would take for the bracelet to be fixed. Worst customer experience and only take cash to avoid tax. Scamming the government.

The staff are professional, helpful, and attentive, making sure you find exactly what you need. Linda-Jane Knowles Have made the mistake of taking my watch in twice to have link removed and put back in. Each time they dont put the pin back in correctly and now the band has fallen off completely. Hopeless. Oh and the service is rude. Barbara is curt and snobby. To your reply. My watch was a brand new Dolce & Gabana watch with a silver band. A simple pin was all that was needed to keep the band in place after taking out links to resize the band. You don’t need to be a magician just an adequate jeweller. I don’t see how you could remember me because I’ve never met you. I brought another Dolce & Gabana watch in at the same time you broke after a simple battery replacement I had to have repaired. It had D&G written into clip band. You’re response is in line with ur service. Terrible. And when you break something at least be honest.

They were resized, joined and cleaned. They have sentimental value so I was a little nervous of the result, and I was thrilled. The photo does not do it justice. Thank you making 2 different rings into one beautiful one.

Jasper Serine I had a very disappointing experience here. Despite having already paid in full, they tried to charge me extra. When I questioned it, they gaslighted me and lied about both the prices and the karat quality of the item. Their pricing seems to depend entirely on their mood. My sister attempted to purchase the same item I had just bought for $375, and they tried to charge her $300 more. When I pointed out that I had just bought it for less and showed my receipt, the person I was speaking to claimed it was “impossible” and immediately passed me off to someone else to avoid accountability. This behavior is dishonest and manipulative. It’s clear they are willing to lie and scam customers to make extra money. I will never shop here again, and they’ve lost not only me, but three other customers who were with me and many more through word of mouth. Avoid this place they are greedy, deceptive and completely untrustworthy.

zineb Guirhil I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. My boyfriend bought a promise ring for my birthday, but it wasn’t the right size. When we returned to have it resized, it was the shop owner’s kid who attempted the resizing. He came back after 20 minutes saying to come on Monday because the man doing the resizing will be there, which means he couldn’t do it but when we came on Monday the ring was horribly done so I understood he mess it up while trying to do it, we kept going for two months every two week to keep fixing but they were not able to do it everytime they fix a place and mess up another one, the ring remained in poor condition. At this point, we asked for a refund, but they only refunded part of the money, keeping some for themselves. We ended up with no birthday gift, lost money, and spent a lot on gas. There was no customer service at all. I would not recommend their services.
