1 /5 Esrat Ema: Very bad experience. I will never go again. The staff behaved rudely with customers and directly told us to leave just because we were taking time and browsing. They said, “If you’re not going to buy anything, then leave.” Completely unacceptable behavior.

1 /5 M H: I am heart-broken. I bought in a family brooch to check if it happened to be gold. The man I spoke to was on his phone the entire time and barely looked at me. He took the brooch and cut it in half to check if it was gold without me knowing. When he showed me what he had done I was extremely upset and he begrudgingly agreed to fix it. When I later went to pick it up I saw that it had been absolutely butchered and when questioned about it he shrugged and said it came to him like that. I am absolutely devastated. I dont know why this situation was handled like this and am blown away by the cruelty he has shown. He is clearly happy to put his name to his work so I hope whoever is reading this looks at the photos Ive included and chooses another store to go to.
