Nell I’ve wanted to write this review for ages…..my whole family has been seeing Nola for laser hair removal with exceptional results. I was convinced when I saw the results on my brother & thought wow he has really course thick hair & if it worked on him – it will definitely work for mum & I. So mum & I went to see Nola – she was very professional, made us feel very comfortable & relaxed. She explained everything to us & we saw instant results from the first couple of sessions. Nola was very thorough, taking her time & not rushing us which made us feel very comfortable. She does her job properly & is very honest in her advice. The Clinic is clean & the prices are reasonable & competitive – Nola really looked after us. I wish I knew about Nola years ago as she has made such a difference to our lives!! Mum & I don’t have to spend hours in the bathroom shaving, waxing or bleaching our hair. Now we shower put on a dress & walk out with silky smooth skin. It’s the best thing we have ever done – totally worth every cent. Thank you Nola for everything & your fantastic customer service & caring & genuine nature.

MAGNOLIAPEARL77 I absolutely love Norbu and have been a loyal client for over 10 years. The new space in Cremorne is lovely, welcoming and unique which I really appreciate. The owner Di is very generous with her time and services and the passes are really well priced. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and get value for money. I really love how the multiple sauna package comes with a free half hour massage. I have been using the infrared sauna Sweaty Betty for many years and it always makes me feel fantastic. Definitely my favourite place in Melbourne to have a sauna or massage!

Lea Deng Belle was amazing! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the get-go, offering me tea and overall just radiating such positive energy. We headed upstairs and all the instructions were so clear, she asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on and she made my upper back, shoulders and neck feel so much lighter after it. Never felt any awkwardness or shyness if I wanted the pressure adjusted. Honestly was such an amazing massage and would definitely come again :)

Sara Ndreu I recently visited this spa with my boyfriend, and we had the most amazing experience! We opted for the doubles package, which was perfect for a relaxing, shared experience. The ambiance is so calming, with beautiful interiors and a soothing atmosphere. They offered us bubbles that were such a nice touch! We both enjoyed incredible massages—everything from the pressure to the technique was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in style!

Jack Featherby I’m not one to normally post but my experience trying to book a massage was laughable and this honestly seems like a last resort. I initially booked a massage last December through class pass and turned up to find out that it had been double booked. I was completely understanding as I know this can happen with different booking systems. The owner helped me rebook for a few days later and added a sauna session to my massage which I appreciated. A few days later I turned up, rang the bell to make it clear I had arrived and waited patiently in the seating area. 10 minutes had passed and I awkwardly started to call out so someone upstairs could hear me. After no response, I called the phone number on the website and the owner told me to hold on a few minutes whilst she contacts the masseuse. A few minutes later she called back and told me I was the only person in the building and shouldn’t have been able to enter. Excuse me… A few messages were shared and I thought 3rd time lucky. I offered the owner a few times I was available and was told to hold tight. 5 weeks have passed now, I’m not receiving any more messages and still lost my class pass credits from November. This whole saga has been ridiculous and so disorganised. It honestly shocks me how this place has so many good reviews and no one has experienced the chaos like I have. Not sure how I can get my money back but I guess this is my last straw. STAY AWAY
