1 /5 Hooriya Waseem: The worst experience. Bought a bracelet from here, the locking mechanism broke, came to get it fixed and literally took hours. Firstly didn’t serve us, were standing there for 30 mins, secondly, didn’t tell us how long it would take for the bracelet to be fixed. Worst customer experience and only take cash to avoid tax. Scamming the government.

The staff are professional, helpful, and attentive, making sure you find exactly what you need. Their collection of gold pieces is stunning, with excellent pricing, and they also offer custom orders tailored to your preferences. I am very happy with all my purchases and highly recommend Farah Jewellery.
