5 /5 Paige Ince: I went and got my ears pierced with 3 other friends of mine. We all were a bit nervous but the worker there Lauren was amazing. And gave us lots of details on what was going to happen and how to look after our peircings.

1 /5 Hiba Ayass: Terrible Experience - Avoid Lovisa for Piercings I am beyond disappointed with Lovisas customer service, particularly the attitude of the manager. Last week, I brought my daughter to have her ears pierced at their store. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. My daughter’s ear became severely infected after the piercing, to the point that we had to take her to the hospital to have the earring removed. Despite this, we returned to the store with the earring and asked to have her ear re-pierced, hoping for some accountability and understanding. Instead of offering an apology or showing any concern, the manager outright blamed my daughter, claiming she hadn’t cared for the piercing properly—even though the other ear was perfectly fine. To add insult to injury, the manager informed us that they could not re-pierce her ear until it had fully healed. Yet, another staff member mentioned that they can do it yet we would need to pay full fees for the re-piercing, even though we had the original earring with us. The inconsistency and lack of empathy were astounding. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, and spoke about their bad review regards piercing on google, her attitude was appalling. She dismissively said, “Well, why are you here then?” instead of addressing my concerns or showing any professionalism. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and combative. She talked over me constantly and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. The problems started from the very beginning. When filling out the consent form, I was asked to provide my details for my daughter’s piercing—an unnecessary and intrusive request that should have been a red flag. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this store, and the manager, in particular, has no business working in a role that involves interacting with people. If you value your time, money, and health, avoid Lovisa for piercings at all costs. This experience was a disaster from start to finish, and I deeply regret trusting them with my daughter’s ear piercing. Please avoid

2 /5 Skeepa Rayamajhi KC: For customer service for Piercing I would have given 5 star but for customer complaint I would give 0. I was there to Pierce my 8 months daughter ear and my nose they did really good job. When I couldn’t see the end of my piercing on 2nd day I went to ask if they can fix it or what can be done. Ala ( same girl who pierced) was there and I asked her and she said you will have to see doctor there is nothing we can do I thought she didn’t understood what I was asking again I tired to ask she said same thing and I told what has doctor to do with anything I do in this shop. And she said it’s swollen and you will have to see doc without listening to me again. She was passive aggressive (rude) and I told her am not trying to be Karen but you are trying to make me look one the way you are responding me. I understand some customers can be prick but some agent can be prick too. She said I can speak with her manager if she could do anything for my she didn’t have any info about when her manager was coming in she tried to avoid and gave me customer service number which she knows if really difficult to get hold off. Ala (I think that’s her name) could have done better.
