Gloria helped my daughter with an engraved necklace- her grandmother wrote on the tablet- Gloria was lovely as nothing was an issue. Thanks a million x

2 /5 kana: when i came in with my mom to get a different size bracelet, the woman working there was very passive aggressive. she looked and treated my mom wrong with microaggressions. when my mom was struggling to put the bracelet on for me, the worker just looked at us in a rude manner and didnt bother to offer help. in the end, a worker from all the way at the cashier had to come over since the other worker didnt want to help. this rude worker is a white looking woman with blonde hair and glasses, and is in her late middle ages (looks 45-55+).

5 /5 Jenny: I had a good experience here! Even though it was having a big sale at that moment due to change in management, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a good range of products, both on sale and not. The store itself didn’t look as put together as it normally does, but that can be understood given the circumstances.

Gloria was incredibly helpful and pleasant as she assisted me in selecting my daughters first Pandora bracelet within the style and budget I specified. She even suggested that I record the engraving process, knowing my daughter would appreciate seeing it. Many thanks to Gloria - my daughter will adore her new bracelet, and we will certainly return for additional charms. Thank you!

1 /5 quynhanh phantran: Packaging is very bad. I ordered 6 items online. When I picked up at Pandora Hornsby they gave me 6 items in a clear plastic bag and put it in a cloth bag. Never used this brand, bought them for my cousin. Wonder how confident they are of their product quality. How can jewelry be packaged by putting multiple products in the same plastic bag? If I go to the store to buy the products in person, will I also receive the same stacked products in a plastic bag? Or do you have a distinction between buying online and buying in stores. Or is there a difference between the regions of Pandora. We went through 3 purchases to complete the bracelet my cousin wanted. 2 times before at Pandora Vietnam and Pandora Malaysia. This is the worst packaging I have received from Pandora Australia store.
