Ellie I had such a great experience at APM Monaco in Sydney Chatswood! I couldn’t find my receipt, but the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly located it for me. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that. The whole process was smooth and quicker than I expected. The team kept me updated with a call and a text to make sure I didn’t forget to pick up my ring. It’s always a pleasure visiting this store—the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be happy to shop here again!

T E Beware. I was sold 18ct gold jewellery, some of which was 9ct gold. I also had my jewellery reappraised and the sapphires I was sold and set in expensive rings were valueless. This was NOT disclosed to me and NOT what I paid for. They refused to do anything about it.

Cassandra Clark Nick and his team are incredible jewellers. He is so talented and also extremely patient with difficult sentimental requests. His prices are reasonable and he offers genuine advice about what is best for the individual making each of his pieces unique and personalised. Deanne Working with Zorro to design and create our engagement ring was a delight. Their customer service is amazing and the team is very professional. They were transparent from the beginning and were filled with ideas on how we could have all we wanted and stay within our budget. We learnt all about the 4c’s and the importance of selecting the ideal diamond for us. We felt no pressure from Zorro to make a quick decision and he was very patient with us with several meetings before making a decision on the final design. We are ecstatic with the result and it is well above our expectations. I have had so many compliments already on my ring! We highly recommend Bond Street Jewellers!

Martin Ca It was my first time visiting Luk Fook Jewellery in Chatswood, and it turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. There was a female sales assistant in her 40s to 50s whose attitude was appalling—she spoke coldly and looked at people with an air of superiority, as if she was looking down on others. The entire shopping experience was completely devoid of warmth or professionalism, which was extremely off-putting. I had originally found a gold piece that I liked, but ultimately decided not to make the purchase because of this unacceptable service. This is by far the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever encountered in a jewellery store. I sincerely hope Luk Fook addresses this issue, or they will continue to lose customers who, like me, leave deeply disappointed.

Came to look at tissot prx rose gold but they said it has been sold so I was a little upset but they willing to bring in one for me to look at in the next couple of days. But after they heard is for my wedding the lady showed me a different brand and design, a MIDO multifort TV. I instantly love it! No hesitation and I decided to buy it, even gotten a good price Definitely will come back again soon for different watch Thanks again Vincent for making a smooth purchase

RK I recently bought a beautiful Italian Pasquale moonstone bracelet for my wife from Wamada Jewellery in Chatswood and Vincent and Connie were absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The service was excellent, my wife loves the bracelet and I will definitely be returning soon for other high end designer pieces and maybe a swiss watch a Grand Seiko for myself =)

AnItta Lane So everything I have ever bought has been great. Bar 2 rings we purchased and has been in the original box it came in for a bit more than 6 months . Opened it the other day and ithe sterling silver ones are tarnished. Write to TS and they said to try and clean it with the cleaning cloth. Impossible as the cloth cannot get into the nooks and crannies. So wondered if they could clean it for me but was told it has to be mailed back @ my cost to get this cleaned. Absolutely disgusted at this but we’ll see how we go. This is the end of my ride with TS.

aqua lullaby I would rate this a 0 star actually. I wish I had read reviews here or on their Facebook account... I took a pendant with a loose gem to be reset. I picked up the repaired pendant, got home, tried it on and the stone just fell out (luckily I was able to find it). The stone was actually much looser that when I took it in in the first place. I went back to the store and the owner was pretty ungracious. He told me it was not his fault, that the pendant had been badly set in the first place (which hadnt stopped him from charging me for the repair). I did get my money back, but no apology or sense that he cared at all. Probably the poorest customer service experience ever.
