3 /5 AnItta Lane: So everything I have ever bought has been great. Bar 2 rings we purchased and has been in the original box it came in for a bit more than 6 months . Opened it the other day and ithe sterling silver ones are tarnished. Write to TS and they said to try and clean it with the cleaning cloth. Impossible as the cloth cannot get into the nooks and crannies. So wondered if they could clean it for me but was told it has to be mailed back @ my cost to get this cleaned. Absolutely disgusted at this but we’ll see how we go. This is the end of my ride with TS.

Today, I received a package. This was a follow up from an email I received a few days ago. Can you imagine my delight? It contained two lovely bracelets, free! This was our second visit to the store, and both times we received nothing but exceptional service. On our first visit, Alex went above and beyond to help me select the right gold pieces — his advice was honest, thoughtful, and clearly given with good intentions, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in my choices. On our second visit, he even skipped his lunch break to assist us personally — his patience and dedication were genuinely impressive. The rest of the team was just as warm and attentive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere throughout the store. The space itself is large, well-organised, and offers an outstanding variety of gold pieces to choose from.
