Rachel Lindsay I cried when I opened it. Its exactly what I needed (as you can see). It is best for earrings with backs, but I made it work for my other ones also. LOOK AT THEM ALL. Its like art now Its hard to stand up, does tend to topple over but I have it against another decorative plate and it looks gorgeous

Bela Mistry I’ve been buying from UbyKate for 5 years and have 5 pieces that I wear all the time. What prompted me to post this review was a recent experience I had where I purchased a ring as a present for my mum online. They had sold out of that particular ring and offered me a gorgeous replacement and then sent it by express post to make sure I got it in time for her birthday. My mum has fallen in love with that ring and refuses to take it off. Just amazing jewellery backed by amazing customer service. What more could you want?

Noir Black I did not want to leave this review but after conversing with the store they would not accept a return. Whilst the earrings I purchased were pretty, the hoops were poor quality. I found similar hoops online at sites selling for $2 or $3 and yet the stores response was that their product was as advertised 18k gold plated, and was priced accordingly with free postage. I would have preferred to pay for postage had I known the quality beforehand. Additionally, Fair Trading NSW states that a consumer is entitled to a refund on jewellery if unworn and in its original packing if the buyer is not satisfied with the product. Whilst the order was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly I am disappointed with the product.
