1 /5 Noir Black: I did not want to leave this review but after conversing with the store they would not accept a return. Whilst the earrings I purchased were pretty, the hoops were poor quality. I found similar hoops online at sites selling for $2 or $3 and yet the stores response was that their product was as advertised 18k gold plated, and was priced accordingly with free postage. I would have preferred to pay for postage had I known the quality beforehand. Additionally, Fair Trading NSW states that a consumer is entitled to a refund on jewellery if unworn and in its original packing if the buyer is not satisfied with the product. Whilst the order was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly I am disappointed with the product.
