5 /5 Monique Crawford: The most wonderful customer experience, reminds me why shopping in person is always better with staff like the lovely ladies @ Saleras in Epping. Stopped in on my way through and began looking at items from browsing. The lovely Rita and staff were very kind to show me these items and give me prices. Impressed with her service I explained I was gift shopping and whom for, she then took me to some beautiful pieces explaining their history and the designer. They were so well priced and just gorgeous my shopping was done. Then the gift wrapping was the icing on the cake, made my presents looked so beautiful. Businesses trying to teach staff about customer service need to use Saleras as an example. Although I was only there a few minutes & my ticket spend wasnt that much I was made to feel valued and appreciated. You have a customer for life now for all my jewelry needs, thank you

5 /5 John Jack: Purchased my partners engagement ring from here. Incredible service from Jordan, catered to all our needs and made sure we were 100% happy with everything before we went ahead. Communication and customer service was exemplary and cant recommend enough. We visited several other jewelers and regardless of price we still chose to stay with Jordan because of his excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

Black Friday sales are never easy on retail workers and we could tell she was run off her feet, but she made time to show us the items we were interested in (resulted in one purchase) and is also looking into sourcing a second item for us because she didnt have the size we needed in store. All in all, a great shopping experience.
