Madison Winfield Thank you so much to Georgia K for helping me today. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. Georgia was incredibly kind and attentive, and she took the time to show me a wide variety of charms and helped me explore all the different options I was interested in. I hadnt been to Pandora in quite a while, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but Georgia truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to her, I found a beautiful new charm for my bracelet that I absolutely love. I’ll definitely be returning, and I would highly recommend visiting if youre looking for a great experience and exceptional service.

Nic M just a suggestion pandora head office. . . . when your a customer & have to line up & wait 25 minutes, while there is only 3 sales assistants working just to get a refund is a joke. Have one sales assistant on the register permanently as there “one job” & more sales assistants out on the floor so when the sale is confirmed & payment is ready to be taken it can be passed on to the register assistant & then more customers can move thru the line faster. Today was a joke, only 2 registers in use and one sales assistant standing waiting to use it when she could have left it at the counter for it to be processed & kept serving customers smoothly. Your set up in store needs to be re assessed.
