connie ng I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, showing impatience when I inquired about the price for an extraction. The team also lacked effective communication; the receptionist kept pushing me to ask for the extraction cost and other information from the dentist. When I did ask the dentist, he seemed unprepared and directed me back to the receptionist for more details. During my consultation, the room was left open, which felt very unprofessional. The doctor spent only approx a minute examining my tooth and then rushed me to make a decision about the extraction, displaying impatience and a lack of consideration for my concerns. Throughout the entire visit, I felt disrespected and not valued as a patient. Ultimately, I decided against the extraction and left. It was clear that they were more focused on pushing treatments and payment than on providing genuine patient care. I will not be returning
