georgemar23 Ive never been the biggest fan of dentists, however Sharon really did a great job at making me feel at ease while I was there. I wasnt sure what to expect as it was my first time at her practice but I was greeted by a friendly team who were very professional. I had my teeth cleaned and examined in a timely manner without any fuss which is something I had reservations about due to previous consultations at other dentists. After the teeth clean I was given direct and honest information about my teeth, rather than trying to over exaggerate things so that I would need unnecessary procedures. All in all, I would highly recommend Sharon if youre needing any teeth work done.

Haoyang Yu Dr. Sharon is so cute!!! The service is so sweet! She will give you many suggestion and tips to treat your teeth. You will love to come again.

Since Dr Sharon look after my teeth for four treatments, I can definitely feel the difference professionalism service and Being refers me to another specialist to do the check-up relate it to my teeth, I definitely recommend it.

The *Vegan* Summah (Summah) I saw Dr Sharon Chui in the public clinic she works in and was extremely impressed by her high quality care. She was friendly and fun and helped to put me at ease with my anxiety, and I get super freaked out at the dentist due to previously having bad experiences with other Drs. She was super attentive and listened to my needs and concerns and made sure that I was fully numbed up. This is a really important thing to me as I have had issues with the anesthesia working properly in the past so having her listen to me and do as I asked regarding this made me feel more confident. And along with her friendly demeanor and willingness to listen I felt the most comfortable I have in the dentist chair in years. But the thing that impressed me the most is that I came in for an extraction of 1 of the 2 teeth that has been causing me problems and it literally took less that 3 seconds for her to remove it. Like she clamped it and pulled and that was it. It was out. I barely even felt the pressure. I was in the chair at 327pm and was back in reception by 340pm. And because she pulled it on the right angle I havent got any worsening of pain. It feels similarly to what it did before being pulled except that theres a hole there. She also made sure that I was fully aware of the aftercare instructions and what to do if anything went badly. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had with dental treatment. And if I ever have to pay privately I would 100% pay private rates for her as I feel she is totally worth it. I also would and have recommend(ed) her to people who I know that need dental treatment. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of her and genuinely am super impressed by her professionalism. I am grateful that I was blessed with the opportunity to have her work on me in the public sector. Im going to be asking for her to be my dentist and handle my treatment from now on as I know that I will get high quality care. I dont normally do super long reviews like this but in the rare cases like this I feel that it is worth the time and effort and is the least that I can do.

TIANYI LI I had my wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. Xu at 1A Dental Clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The tooth was particularly complex, its root had a hooked shape, growing in multiple directions and deeply anchored in the gum and upper jawbone. Despite the challenges, Dr. Xu and his team carried out the procedure with exceptional skill and care. I felt completely at ease throughout, and even after the anaesthetic wore off, I experienced no pain and was able to drink cold beverages, eat, and attend university as normal. Over the past five years, I’ve felt incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Xu as my dentist. He has resolved all my dental issues, including many that have been present since childhood. Dr. Xu is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever met in Melbourne, and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone seeking expert, compassionate dental care. Ling Ma I was highly recommended to Dr. Xu by multiple people when I was devastated by my serious gum issues and conditions. Dr. Xu and his team made me feel so relieved and assured after they explained, analysed and designed my treatment plan step by step with me. Jenny Szentesi My goodness. Dr Oz is an amazing dentist. I went to see her as I had a broken wisdom tooth and had lost my voice. My 2 daughters have been going to this practice for years. I was quite anxious. She alleviated all my fears and anxiety. I highly recommend her and I’m definitely going back. In fact went for a follow up appointment and a clean and I didn’t have that dreaded feeling before or after I saw her. She’s amazing and the other nurses and receptionist are fantastic too.

Kevin OBrien I am a retired senior and like others I have noted many professional contacts have retired, or changed their residential status over time. This was so as my family dentist changed his professional circumstances necessitating my search for a new Family Dentist. Local enquiries through neighbours and local friends led me to Vermont South Dental operated by Dr. Mark Oblak. I have been a client of this clinic for some years now and commend this establishment for the professional services I have enjoyed over time. Vermont South Dental offers a high standard of dental care and facilities. I have been impressed by the technology on offer and the competence of staff at all levels from the most minor procedure to the more complex and demanding. MY personal dealings have been with Dr Oblak, but readers should know other dentists work at this clinic. On one rare occasion, due to Marks absence, I was attended to by another staff dentist who handled my appointment in an excellent fashion. I have other contacts who speak of a high level of satisfaction from all staff at VSD. As we age, our medical and dental requirements have the potential to be more complex and demanding. I commend Vermont South Dental should this be of assistance.

Pamela Leroy Mark and his team have been my dentist for over 20 years. Yesterday I had a small emergency and was able to txt Mark as it was Sunday. He fitted me in this morning. His work is the best dentistry I have had ever, so I am very loyal to him. His technology, knowledge and professionalism are second to none. The best maintenance means at nearly 68 I have all of my teeth. Money cannot buy what his practice and dental care have provided to me.

That I was treated pretty poorly by your dentist. He was quiet rough and forceful, not to mention rude and belittling. I trusted that this information was passed into the dentist. I will not subject myself to any further humiliation by calling your office to discuss the matter further. I decided to let others know about my experience at your business. As I have done for many other businesses. Google maps is a open review platform which relies on user generated content of which I have given many more good reviews than bad. If my experience is not typical of the treatment received there I would encourage you to get other patients to add their opinion.

April Rose We feel concerned about some potentially unnecessary treatments that were performed on our child and feel that Fiona has been greedy and dishonest with us. We would strongly recommend that parents get a second opinion and quote from another dentist prior to proceeding with Fiona. My personal experience was that Fiona is very business minded, her demeanour was not appropriate for a children dentist. I often felt her bedside manner was abrupt and completely lacked compassion and empathy.
