Lisa Ruggiero Wow. What an amazing experience this morning with Claudia. Not only a wonderful set of facial treatments, but it’s the extra little things that sets this salon apart. From the relaxing hand massage while your mask in in place, to the head massage during the LED treatment. Relaxing surrounds, knowledgeable and experienced practitioner- amazing. Highly recommend.

Ishu is very professional, customer-focused, polite, and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Amanda Rainbird Had a great experience at Brow Arc Threading in Heidelberg! I had my eyebrows threaded and henna done by Ishu, and she was lovely. Really gentle, professional, and made sure I was happy with the shape and colour. My brows have never looked better – will definitely be back!

Salami and Feta Absolutely outrageous. Although quality was decent, nails came out on an angle, and they blamed it on my natural nails. They didn’t give me a refund, and instead of offering to remove them, they said they would fix it, but nothing could be fixed. She was saying that I liked them when I came out and therefore it’s my fault. Will not be going back there anytime soon.

amx8220 Just popped in without an appointment to see if they could fix my nails. They welcomed me in and were very helpful with finding the colour I was trying (but not very well to) describe. It was a perfect colour recommendation, nail shape and fantastic shellac on my nails! Very happy and highly recommend.

Carolyn Wray My daughter took a photo in of exactly what she wanted - French tips with a blue highlight line.( first pic) $80 later it looks like a bad DIY job. (Second pic) It’s bulky, the nail bed looks short and stubby and the blue line was not done on the white so it doesn’t pop at all. No evidence of artistry or care here. Go elsewhere.

J MC I got biab refills here and am pretty disappointed with the outcome. The biab is quite thick and looks like I’ve got fake nails on. When I asked if they could thin it down they slightly worked on one nail but said any thinner and it would break. I can safely say I’ve been getting biab for years (elsewhere) and it’s never come out like this (not horrible but I’m not happy with the result)

Jessica Selkirk I was very pregnant, needed a pedicure as I cannot reach at the moment & suffering from some swelling. I asked if I could just soak my feet a bit longer and sit in the chair before they start, they ignored the request and hastily managed the pedicure, despite being many free chairs & only 2 other clients in the salon. I felt they were rough & when I asked for a bit more gentle 3 times, she replied “it’s just skin” the third time when I felt she was teetering on ripping the skin off. It was unenjoyable and unrelaxing. Trying not to judge the work of one staff member, I went back 2 days later because my mum needed a pedicure. Asked to sit in the chair next to mum getting her pedi & if they could work out a price for me to just have the massager going but they said no - full cost only. We ended up walking out as they were unwilling to let me sit next to mum. This place is so conveniently located for me but I just won’t go back. The staff are completely ignorant, unhelpful & dismissive of their clients. I cannot believe they chose to turn us away when there were no other clients in the salon. Its just bad business.

Tatiana Muravskaia I had a worst manicure ever. It took 5-7 min. The nails were not properly cleaned and even damaged. Pedicure is just ok. Maybe they are good at acrylic and things like that, but no understanding about basics.

Sacha Staples The nail techs are so sweet! Best SNS nails i’ve ever had and they take their time to make sure they look perfect. Definitely worth your time and money. I have shaky hands and they were so nice and still managed to give me beautiful nails! Definitely visit this shop. 10/10

CAROLINE FERREIRA My previous experience with this place was quite pleasant, however my most recent experience 2 days ago was not so good. It seemed like they had doubled booked a lot of clients and hence were running behind schedule. Some girls are usually amazing however the lady who did my nails was so rough and seemed totally uninterested. When one of the girls pointed out that some of the nails were bumpy and uneven she refused to accept. I was shocked to know that she is the owner and now understand why some of the reviews pointed out to bad management.

Christy Abraham I was so happy with them.. They did an amazing job. I asked the lady to remove 1 nail and redo it again because I was not happy with the shape but very patiently she removed and did the nail again for me.. which I don’t see in other nail shop. I was really happy and satisfied.. thank you girls.

Natasha Todorovic Excellent service from all at Octave, especially Courtney who makes my nails look natural and are shaped perfectly every time. They last until I need to redo them and they never break or lift (and Im very heavy handed and wash dishes without gloves too!), so thank you - your service is always a 10/10.

Milla Scardamaglia this lady was extremely rude. bad attitude. she made my nails absolutely disgusting and then refused to do them again and fix her mistakes. she then asked her friend to back her up which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. would not recommend but i would say in2nails is much better around the corner.

Bree Crow This is one of the best nail places I have found in Melbourne. They do a fantastic job of my SNS every time, whether I keep them long or short they are always nice and thin and even (an issue I have found with so many places is thick chunky uneven SNS which I HATE). I have also never had an issue with them lifting or breaking which is a first for me. They are efficient which means Im not there for ages and their prices are reasonable. Staff are friendly and always accommodate a walk in when they can. They do a fab job of eyebrow tinting too, best place around this area that Ive found. I have become a regular since moving to the area in March and will continue to be: )
