Steph Johnston After a referral from our dentist for our 10 year old we have been to a few appointments with both Dr Sachin and Joy and I can honestly say that I can not recommend them enough, I am probably doing myself out of future appointments with this review but I feel credit where credit is due, they are patient and kind and understanding of how scary it can be for young ones, they explain things in full and as they go, they constantly ask if we or our youngest has any questions and nothing is too much. All the team in general are so lovely and welcoming which makes every visit very easy to do. I urge anyone that needs expanders or braces etc to check the team out I highly recommend them.

Recently got my braces off and they’re still so helpful and informative. I lost my retainers recently and they were quickly able to bring me in and have it sorted within less than 48 hours.

R H Came for an emergency wisdom tooth removal and Dr Danish is just amazing and professional! Its a hard removal and hes done it efficiently and painlessly! Nurse Hannah is so friendly and supportive throughout the procedure as well. Highly recommend :)

Hannah Knight All round lovely experience for our nervous 8 year old. When we walked in, the receptionist greeted our child by name and commended them for coming to the dentist. The dentist was kind, aware and engaging. Very reasonably priced for an x-ray and double extraction. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the variety of payment methods and made sure we knew all of our options.

Honey Kaur Dr. Jay is a very very good dentist. He does a great job and it is absolutely pain free. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable. Venny Lim I first visited Sayers Dental Authentic & Implants and Dr. Mehak because of a gum issue. After a cleaning, she explained that some areas of my teeth, especially the front ones, were hard to brush properly, which could lead to future gum problems. She recommended aligners to help improve my oral hygiene. During the aligner treatment, I developed an infection in my lower left wisdom tooth. Dr. Mehak advised extracting it before it got worse, and I ended up having all four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Mehak was very caring throughout, even calling to check on me during recovery. I always felt comfortable going back if I had any concerns. Her clinic feels like home warm, welcoming, and not at all like a scary dentist’s office. Dr. Mehak always makes me feel at ease and truly cares about her patients. Ang Rang this morning for an emergency appointment to fix a filling which fell out. Thank goodness Dr George had the best Staff to help out when he isn’t available. Dr Sanjana Mehta is a fantastic Dentist new to the Clinic, and capable enough to deal with a nervous patient like me. Her ‘Hero Support’ , Dental Assistant (please forgive me for not remembering your name) worked so well together, that they had great teamwork in the Clinic. All this to say ‘Thank You’. I can say that this is my go to Dental Clinic for the whole family.

KraljAlek I wouldnt go here anymore. The older owner dentist ground one of my pointy teeth unnecessarily and I had to tell him not to do it again. Once he did a filling and I called the next day to complain. When I had another appointment with him, he was doing a filling again and would like to clip my front teeth with his grinder even though they were not being treated. He then put me on the spot about calling his assistant and complaining about my tooth ache. Bad experience not to mention his knack for quickly grinding down healthy teeth while hes filling in another tooth. He once told me that he was checking my mouth for mouth cancer. Whilst he did the right thing, it would have helped if he had mentioned the word "cancer" after checking my mouth, not beforehand but luckily the outcome of the assessment was good. Some are satisfied with him but I prefer another dentist.

Samara Gray Dr Shilpa is so lovely and excellent. I hate the dentist and avoided it for years, until I had a painful emergency. She is very caring, non-judgemental and thorough. She took the time to explain everything to me and take short breaks. Definitely recommend her and the clinic

They are very informative and very clear with the instructions that we need to undertake before, during and after our procedure. We had our 4 year old visit today for his first dental appointment and they made him feel as comfortable as possible and the dentist gave us explanations on how to properly take care for his teeth. David Crabtree The Connect Dental team are fantastic. What a well-ran business. Dr Shirley really helped relax and ease me through multiple extractions ready for full dentures. With complications (probably my fault) she couldnt have done any more to make me as comfortable as possible through it all. What a great dentist. The follow up phone call next day after each visit was much appreciated and shows that they care.

Bee Saba Went today and the dentist was lovely had a good chat with my 2 year old and tried to get her to open her mouth but as being her first time she was extremely scared and sensitive to big machine and having just anyone new to touch her.. having autism I thought the staff would see sensitive toddlers all the time but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the younger girl in the room who I think was the assistant who as we were getting off the bed gave the dentist a judgy look, like I get my daughter was a lot but it really upset me all day and hadn’t stopped thinking about it.

eren berk Disappointed.My wife took our son. It was his very first dental appointment. His appointment was at 2:30 and they were out in 15 minutes! He was seen by Dr Alyssa Brooks. Alyssa spent more time talking and did not conduct a full dental examination. She literally just said open wide “wow “ and put the chair up ! $150 later for not even a dental exam , dental chart or profy clean. The receipt stated comprehensive dental exam and it definitely was not !! My wife questioned this at reception. My wife has been a dental assistant for 16 years and has never seen this in all her working career. We will not be returning.

Donna Heesterman My granddaughter had her very first visit to a dentist here, from reception to chairside was an extremely positive experience. Waiting room is child friendly with puzzles, coloring- in or tv. The treatment rooms are themed, Evie was seen by Dr.Anuj in the jungle room. They even have a tv on the roof so when laying back children can watch Netflix. Evie sat on her mummy’s lap and Dr.Anuj gave her a kiddies toothbrush to hold and a mirror, once she was familiar and comfortable in this environment, he asked could he count her teeth and she willingly allowed him to. On this day, Evie met Tracee, Katie, Charli & Emily. A fabulous team and I highly recommend seeing them for your child’s dental health.

I’ve seen them treat staff terrible as well, and the lady is not even qualified to be doing the jobs that she provides. If I could give negative stars I would horrible people never come here. Irene Connor This dentist is only good if you have never been to a dentist before in your life. Very impersonal cold atmosphere. Got there 15min early and made to wait outside. Dentist and receptionist had terrible attitudes. Felt insignificant and rushed. Expensive. Dental work was OK but there are much much better dental clinics around. Sorry I went there. Do not recommend.

George Butrumlis Dr George Nitsopoulos is part genius and part artist. I am a performer and my front teeth were an embarrassment, broken, worn and dreadful looking.
