Brendan Moon Ive experienced a number of dentists over the years which have all been acceptable. I recently made an appointment with Dr Indu and was incredibly pleased with the genuine care she and her team provided me. Historically, I attend a Dentist on a needs basis so when making an appointment, I was in quite a bit of pain. Dr Indu and her team provided me a level of care and comfort Id never experienced elsewhere. I could not recommend Dr Indu more highly.

Dr Indu was is more than amazing.... For me best avenue ... have the tooth pulled after leaving it go causing a major abscess.. Silly me. My first consult with Dr Indu WOW Dr Indu is amazing ...she calmed my nerves and the entire experience of having a Big tooth pulled WOW absolutely painless. :) She is such a caring person Dentist - I no longer feel afraid to go to my new Dentist. ... Karenne Lack We have been going to Evercare Dential Practice for over 20 years. As a family we have been very happy and hope to stay with them for a long time. In the past I have needed emergency care and had to see another Dentist in the clinic, I can highly recommend any of the practitioners, Its a family clinic and they are all great. All the staff are welcoming and helpful.

To respond to another review about the cleanliness, I found the total opposite to be true, the clinic was clean and tidy and well presented. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Kelly D Couldnt agree more. My initial visit. No pain. Crown incorrectly fitted. Extreme sensitivity and pain. Returned to have issue resolved. Michael just drilled away at adjacent tooth to get the crown to fit. Now two painful teeth and $1400 out of pocket. Arent there laws against poor dentistry?

Madison Fritzsche I’m new to the area so was excited to try out this well reviewed clinic, however my appointment was 15 min long for a general cleaning, and I had plaque presenting again a week later. Guess I’ll be on the hunt again. FYI 15 min is their standard appointment time for cleanings.. if that’s any indicator.

Adrian Hicks I had an appointment here in early October 2024 as my wisdom teeth were causing some issues, at the start of my appointment I told the dentist about my concerns and why I was there, I underwent an X-ray first and then the dentist had a very quick look at the teeth only to be told everything was fine, they charged me around $350 just for a quick 10 minute appointment. A few weeks went past an the issues continued on so I booked in another appointment at a different dentist clinic to get a second opinion of the teeth, within 2-3 weeks of that second appointment I had the teeth removed due to the fact they were growing sideways into my gums. How they didn’t pick this up in the first appointment I had is beyond me, but it’s very clear this place puts money above the care of their patients. I would not recommend going here.

Ive been searching for a great dentist for a while now and so glad I tried out this place. All the staff were kind and professional. Brendan Carmel Sams the man! Have been seeing Sam for a couple of years now. Excellent service: great chairside manner, very gentle and efficient. Sam has been great - from routine checks, to fillings and crown replacement. Highly recommended.

Poul Sorensen 20 minutes past appointment time for tooth extraction, was done with hast broke the tooth was done in under ten minutes Swelling in jaw then needing bone grafting. A warning to not go there for tooth extraction, have taken this matter further.

Tara Melbourne Not impressed with dental services at HealthAbility Eltham as filling I had done started to crack (had a crack between filling and tooth) and had to have this fixed elsewhere. I am not sure if this is due to very poor workmanship or products or both. Initially, I had gone back and told them it hurts and was just told that it was sensitivity by said Dentist, this was wrong. I had to have two fillings re-done elsewhere as both fillings caused me pain (done same time) and nearly lost the tooth that had cracked filling. My teeth were thankfully saved and I am glad I changed when I did or I would probably have lost the tooth. Said dentist at Eltham had noted that one of the fillings needed doing previous appointment, but obviously didnt act on it quick enough, thought it could wait till next time and "was deeper than she thought". Appointments were always rushed. After I changed dental practices, another filling was found and filled by new dentists on top of ones needing re-doing. At least one filling my child had done by dentist/s at HealthAbility didnt seem to last long either and had to be re-done elsewhere, daughter did end up loosing a tooth causing her anxiety. I had always gone to HealthAbility Eltham because I thought they were good with the children (through school program) and it would be good for all the family to go to same place. However, will not be back!
