Lian Fulton I have been going to Your Indulgence Wheelers Hill for years. I have never had a bad treatment (and I have had 1000s over the years!) and always receive great advice. I have had a number of wonderful therapists and my current therapist, Tammy, is no exception. A friendly, comfortable environment to enjoy being pampered!

Michelle StAngelo The winter chilli package was absolutely wonderful. I did this package with a facial and I would highly recommend it. I also buy all my products from Brandon Park and since I have been using these products people have commented on how much more youthful I appear. The staff are caring and kind making the whole experience relaxing. You come out of a session feeling like a new person so wonderful!

Caroline Gachon Terrible service. Spent $400 on a Day Spa only to arrive morning of, seen an hour late by a therapist who admitted they hadnt done the routines before. Didnt receive all elements of the treatment which finished about two hours earlier than advertised. Cant blame any of the staff who were present, they tried their best and told me the manager would be in touch with me. Never heard from manager. Emailed later but never received a reply. Reviews seem to be positive for one-off treatments, wouldnt at all recommend getting one of their "experiences".

Tyler The amazing em1, such beautiful treatments offered. I have been seeing her for the last year. I love my results driven facials, my favourite is the timeless peel my skin always looks so plump and bright after having this done. I love the massage aspect of the treatment too relaxing but im also getting results for my skin. Thankyou!

D W I got my nails done here today, and I removed them right away, which punctured my nail surface and cuticle, and it hurt. I told her it hurt, but the nail technician replied that it was normal to feel pain, and that nail polish wouldnt even shape the nails. I want to ask how you learned your expertise, but the staff didnt have any humble or apologetic attitude. My nails still hurt a few hours later, and I was afraid to touch warm water. To be honest, Ive been here for three or four years, and the previous staff were very friendly and professional, but today is my last time here, and I wont be back. I cant believe the professionalism of some of the staff. Thank you boss for not charging me in the end, but what I want to say is that women come here for beauty, and its suggested that the professionalism of the staff be improved.

Sachani Perera Two of my nails were done really badly. The girl did such a rushed job and glue was all over my fingers. They did not wipe off the glue off my skin until I pointed out. Underneath of the nails were too thick and not cleaned after the SNS and it was looking so untidy and uncomfortable. I tried calling few times but they don’t answer calls. Not recommended unfortunately

Anushka Wijesooriya Management needs to train their staff in customer service. I came in asking for one particular, simple service and the lady started applying acrylic on my natural nails. When addressed, they respond combatively and lie about what was actually said. I would not recommend this nail salon as there are plenty of nails salons offering good service and fair pricing including the salon just downstairs called Galaxy SNS Nails, it’s located on the lower ground floor near Chemist Warehouse - give them your business instead, they did a fantastic job with my nails, friendly staff and was also slightly cheaper.

Dina Thank you Brandon Park SC for once again beautifully dressing the centre with your familiar and colourful Christmas decorations. Its great to see the Christmas spirit alive at this centre, unlike The Glen. I sincerely hope you keep this tradition going for generations to come. Well done!!!!

Catie Occhio Unless you’re doing a weekly grocery shop, don’t bother and even then, most shelf’s are constantly bare. There is nothing here. More than half the shops are closed, the bathrooms are very unclean. Absolutely no atmosphere. It’s pretty sad, I grew up here, it used to be so different…

Lily Currently undergoing construction so the area can be a little loud at times, but otherwise good for studying or working in the cafeteria area. Lots of older residents from the nearby nursing home visit very often.

Spenser Kao In general, the food court at the 2nd floor is satisfactorily clean, but the air cond may need some maintenance work. A high pitch (around 1K Hz) noise is humming constantly!

Daniela Vital Do not go to this nail salon! Took my daughter to this salon last Sunday and firstly they spoke in their Asian language only. The staff laughed at us and another customer half way through the process. The told us it was shellac and it was just plain nail polish! It has worn off and started peeling 2 hours after it was done. Now 2 days later see the pictures below! Scammers do not trust.

Sunaina C Worst experience last few times from Tammie!!!! Me and my daughter are a regular customers and i always bring in business to Hollywood nails by recommending your nail service to my friends. Last time my daughter had SNS and manicure from the the manager and my daughter was disappointed. Tammie messed up the coffin shape and the nail came out in a week so my daughter is now reluctant to get service from your place. This time i got SNS only from Tammie and she did the worst service ever. I am very unhappy with the nails, she was rude when i pointed her to be careful with the nails, to which her response was that I was talking a lot over the phone and should concentrate which is ridiculous response as it should be other way round ..the person providing the service must concentrate where as she took more than an hour to fix my nails. The manager pretended that she doesn’t understand english and buffed my left thumb nail three times removed paint few times and keep on touching it and messing it for few times. When I pointed that to her asking why was she doing that all she said was that its a new product and she is testing it. Really!! Why would you do that to your customers :( No professionalism whatsoever ever. It seems like she does not know how to do the nails professionally. She took more than an hour to do my sns nails while my friend who got pedicure shellac and sns on nails in the same time from other girl over there and her nails looked perfect. Please look at the pictures, i got the nails done on weekend and just in 2 days its already looking so bad and ugly thick layered. I still like Hollywood nails as few others are very skilled and they do a good job. I used to be your customer from Glen store and now that its closed so i always take service from Bendan park but now I do not want to come back and would not recommend it as I don’t want my friends to have similar bad experience. :(

Megan Kate Firstly the service was super rushed even though I was the only one in there. Secondly I picked a sparkly white colour and unlike other nail salons they didn’t use a base so the colour ended up turning out very see through and nothing like the colour I picked from the swatches. Thirdly the customer service was so bad, when the service was finished they said to let it dry for 5 minutes, 15 minutes later I was still sitting there while the two workers sat there watching a video and talking to each other in Chinese, I called out excuse me and ignored so had to out my own shoes on and get off the chair myself and only when I went to go pay did they notice my existence. Won’t be going back unfortunately. Also didn’t add any oil to the cuticle.

Megha Sharma This service is unacceptable. Despite getting my nails done for the last 7 years, I have never come across a place as poorly managed as this. They do not complete the job properly. Although they used water to do my pedicure, they did not put any salt in it. Moreover, they hurried through my nail treatment even though there were no other customers waiting. After they were finished, I had to remind them to apply oil, and the staff member who did it seemed indifferent. I will never return to this establishment again. They charged me more than what I paid at a much better nail salon. If you really are keen to get your nails done properly. DONOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
