Linda Bayliss I did my research into Tham and she definitely did not disappoint. I’ve been looking for someone to tattoo my eyebrows for a really long time. It’s such a sensitive subject for me as I have always been really self conscious about them. Tham is professional, so immaculately clean, has so much attention to detail and her communication is next to none. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked in, I felt like I had know her for years. Her preparation was almost half of the entire appointment, which made me feel so comfortable knowing that she makes sure your eyebrows are absolutely perfect and you are 100% happy before she puts ‘pen to paper.’ I can not thank you enough for my new beautiful brows. Malkeet Singh --- **Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional – Will Never Return** I accompanied my wife to *My Skin Parkmore* for her laser appointment, and we both had a terrible experience. When she booked the appointment over the phone, the staff told her they would charge **$50 in advance from the total $119** just to confirm the booking, as she had previously missed an appointment. That made sense to us, and we were under the impression that $50 was part of the total cost, not an additional charge. After the treatment, however, the staff told her she had to pay the **full $119**, on top of the $50 already charged. When we tried to explain what was said during the phone booking, they completely dismissed us and one of the staff members even **threatened to call security** if we didn’t pay the full amount. It was shocking and incredibly unprofessional. We were also told she received a discounted price – which is confusing because **we never asked for a discount – the price was based on their advertised sale**. This whole experience felt like a **scam**, and it was embarrassing and stressful for both of us. We’ve been to other clinics before and have never dealt with anything like this. My wife ended up paying the full amount just to avoid further conflict, but it felt like **a complete waste of money**. We will never return, and we want others to be aware of how this clinic treats customers. **The staff need better training in customer service and honesty in pricing.** --- .

Beetz Enriquez I went today. And the bloody girl wasnt professional at all. All I ask is eyebrow wax.. she didnt do a good job. It is my choice if i dont like threading but then the lady said to me then "I cant do a proper one withour threading it". You shouldve mentioned it in a first place if you cant before waxing my eyebrow. She didnt even trim it and did a really bad job! Also veey very rough!!! Rough & rushing!!! It hurts soooo bad!!!!! Come on!!! I have tried going in there giving them chance but everytime I come they dont do well. Most of them... How come the other lashes botique can do my eyebrow waxing clean and thin, even comb it. And they were very patient. How come your shop or staff doesnt? Also, most of them will whisper in your ear to say to you "if you like how I do your eyebrow come to my place" i mean wth

Justine Streager Lovely. Havent been to a hairdresser salon in probably one-or-two years, have been saving money and just maintaining a brown base at home with box dye and growing my hair length. Went to the salon for dye, wash, blow wave and also a style as I had a photoshoot. Ended up getting foil tint and dye. Took about 4 hours for the entire service but the ladies were lovely, offered me tea and water or coffee. Im also 36 weeks pregnant and when washing and toning my hair I found it difficult to lay back on the sink for an extended time and the ladies made sure I was comfortable and helped me up when we were finished at the sink. Very happy with the colour and also the style. Even though I didnt want to bleach it was best to make my hair a bit more even after a few years of color swapping between brown and red I had a big obvious line color change, the tinting has helped to make it more consistent and she used the minimal amount of bleach to help protect my hair from damage. Will be a return customer. No booking needed mostly as long as happy to wait a bit for your turn.

Ayla Beckett I’m leaving a review as I’ve had very mixed emotions about this business. My nails always last which is great! But everytime I come for a pedicure I tell them I need my feet scrubbed to emphasise it. And yet everytime they just paint my toenails and when I ask to scrub they’ll scrub for like 5 seconds. I had also asked for my nails and feet to match and there completely different colour. I also had eyelash extensions done here that completely irritated my eyes (I’ve been getting lashes for 7 years and never experienced that)

Sherrie Rodda This is my second visit to this nail salon. I had Mandy both times for my nails and a different tech for my toes. I don’t know her name but the pedicure tech with the pink hair is absolutely fantastic! Mandy did botch my Christmas nails a bit a couple of weeks ago but she acknowledged it and apologised and then today she did a stella job on my new set. She took her time and made sure I was happy with my new set. I really appreciated the apology and the acknowledgment that they weren’t your best set. I will be booking with Mandy in the future. Thanks again Mandy and team.
