Emily Brar Harmeet did an amazing job with my lash lift and brow threading, she was super gentle, acommodating and explained every step so I was aware what was going on. I had a great chat with her about our lives and I can see myself visiting every few weeks for brow threading from now on. Highly recommend this great service! I went with the airbrush brows, the shape and colour was perfect! My next service will be the ombre permanent eyebrow tattoo. I cant wait. Billie Jarman Emily is an extremely professional, efficient and meticulous brow specialist, she has consistently delivered perfect results tinting and waxing my brows. Emily has also been able to give me great advice and information about getting my brows re tattooed by her including laser tattoo removal recommendations to make sure she can deliver great results and not just hide previous work by another artist which shows she has upmost integrity in her work. Rossella Colella Normally I do not leave reviews but Lauren deserves absolutely all the positive feedback she has. The shop smells so nice. She does the job and shes quick yet with extreme care and precision. I normally feel a lot of pain with brazialian waxing but somehow with her I dont. And the result is so neat and youre not sticky or left with bits of wax as other places do. A pleasure to see you again and thank you for squeezing me in last minute!

I showed her the shape I wanted to be done she said yes then after putting few threads she refused to give the shape asking its this much she can do in the certain amount. I offered her to pay more but get my shapes telling her to put threads but she picked twice with plucker abd refused to go ahead. So rude . Ruined my eyebrows, not a good attitude she was shouting and said to not pay as she knew she did it wrong. Not recommended at all Further she says why u come here lol

My daughter and myself both get our eyebrows done here and always leave happy not only with the service but also with the price. James Fancke I was overcharged for a simple mens haircut, the sign said $35 but I was charged $40. Getting overcharged is not the end of the world but the quality of the hair cut was also crap and surprisingly painful (clippers getting stuck and yanked, mild stabbing with the comb). The lady who cut my hair was one of the older ladies and potentially the owner.

Cmmo Went in to get a blow wave and to straighten with the irons, I was quoted $75 for the blow wave and an additional $60 for the irons!!!! My mum was with me and we both just couldn’t believe what a cheek the old woman was!!! What absolute crooks they are!!!! Never have I been quoted two separate prices for a blow wave with the use of irons, and I said I have only ever paid around the $60 mark in Melbourne. I have checked out other hairdressers in the area, the most on any website for a blowwave and straightening is $65!!! ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL!!!! All I can say to this company is …. God luck to you, god bless and considering your ratings, just pray you can outlive other better businesses around you!!!

Vaughan Odea This place seems so unorganised I have taken my son there twice first time wasn’t too bad even though one lady just chose who’s hair she would do next instead of the order of waiting Went back for second time today was told 10 minute wait waited about 45 minutes then once again the same lady chose how she wanted instead of us who were next in line then got a really rude lady who my son had to stop 3or4 times because she wasn’t doing what he wanted then she would get all shitty about it his cut took no longer than 8 minutes looked hardly any different and was charged a $10 surcharge even though it’s not a public holiday never going there again

Candice Ward I went into Beauty Genesis in Rosebud Plaza. I was seated right away which was great. I chose a very pigmented dark green shellac colour with glitter based on the tester colour palettes they give you to choose from. What I left with was the worst manicure Ive ever had. The shellac application was terrible. I could have done a better job and often do at home when I do my own. I thought I would treat myself and left wishing I hadnt. Also the lady doing my nails cut so deep into my cuticles that a few of them bled and were very sore afterwards. I told the lady that the colour wasnt the same as the one I chose. If I had the time I would h Ave made them redo it but I had already sat there for 45 minutes. Dont waste your time, health or money.

Lisa Lindquist I took my daughter here for the first time to get her nails done. We both had a manicure and pedicure. The lady cut my cuticles back so far that three of them bled. She then nicked another nail with the drill. It hurt soo bad. My daughter’s nails all fell off within the week and I had a sore infection in my pointer finger from the sns digging in. It was hot to touch and throbbed for days!! Week or two later BOTH of us had several painful ingrown toenails. It gets worse.. both my little toes had cracked and split in between. The skin was coming off and it smelt soo bad. Fungal infection I’m assuming. Please please save yourself and your nails. Never ever again
