He takes the time needed by the individual and is open to modifying treatment as needed in order to support the individual. He is kind and caring has been very patient with our 11 year old. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Sophie S I wish I could write a good review here but unfortunately the result is a bit disappointing. As an adult, I have overcrowded upper and lower teeth, and I think one of my lower teeth (which was pushed out and was pulled out later as part of the treatment) is pushing out one of my upper teeth further. My expectation was to stop the upper tooth getting pushed out further. I was told by Dr Tan for health reason, only the lower teeth worth straightening and he doesnt suggest anything to be done for the upper teeth. So I only had brace for my lower teeth. After the treatment. I feel my bite is not in the right place and my upper teeth is getting pushed out even faster now. I couldnt close my mouth. I went to get a 2nd opinion today and they confirmed my biting isnt right and the upper teeth should and could have been treated. Now I have to go through another round of teeth straightening for both upper and lower teeth at more than double the cost. The service in this clinic is excellent and I can see it has lots positive feedbacks. Maybe it was just my case that is dissatisfying and I think it was due to incorrect professional judgement.

Dr Tan worked hard for my daughter to achieve a great smile. The staff were so friendly, courteous and can always squeeze her in for any emergency. Fionna Fayza I had a fabulous experience with Dr Sahar & Dr Mustapha. The dentist that I went initially couldn’t do wisdom tooth surgery and I was referred to another specialist and was told it would cost $3K and had to do it in the hospital under general anaesthesia. Dr Sahar could do all consult, surgery and post surgery follow up in her practice. It’s testament to her experience and excellence in delivering the best care. I felt very comfortable being cared by Dr Sahar. I’m glad I sought their second opinion.

SK Dr Jhalak has seen me for preventative examination and a clean up. She is good with her work, communicated throughout the procedure, made sure I was in a comfortable position. She has also explained well about the outcome and what needs to be done. Also polite in her approach. I have already recommended her to my other family members. And I will be going back for sure. I have visited dental centre recently. When I visited last time I was informed I need a filling when I asked about the price I was informed after insurance it will be $61 but i was charged $21 extra. Communication and consent is the key but looks like its all missing when it comes to $$$. I have attached receipt in the photo session. This is so disappointing. Moreover they charged me $3.98 fee as card surcharge. Did not even bother to inform me. I could have paid cash. These small things matter alot and these centres make big money and still charge card surcharge. This is disgusting I am not going back to them again. Guess what these people will not leave a single penny with patients but when they make a mistake all you get is SORRY. I mean comeon this is ridiculous.

Nish 23 My filling was ripped during the general cleaning/examination, which I flagged with the dentist during the procedure. After enduring a terrible pain for a couple of days I was advised it has now caused an infection and would need a root canal or an implant. Cost of these procedures is $4000 or $5000 respectively. The clinic didn’t take any accountability for it washed their hands off by saying. ‘It can happen’ and showed no empathy for the trouble caused. The receptionist was rude and asked to book another appointment to get the works done and showed no care. When asked about sharing my experience with someone from the practice, I was asked to go ahead and leave a google review. Had to get the issue resolved with another dentist. Surprised with their appalling attitude, I would suggest to stay away from this clinic. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and suggest that people steer away to avoid similar experience.
