I have tried other dental clinics around and can say that they are the best in the area. Dr Brian is professional, and knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything clearly. Especially my son. He would cry and completely refuse to sit in the chair during past visits at in Point Cook dental group. But everything changed after we met Dr. Cindy. Josephine at the front desk is such a joy. She’s so warm, friendly, and helpful with everything from booking appointments to explaining costs. She makes you feel welcome from the moment you step in. Dr. Cindy is simply amazing! She’s the most patient, gentle, and caring dentist we’ve ever met. Her professionalism and kindness made both me and my son feel completely at ease. For the first time, my son actually enjoyed going to the dentist. Dr. Cindy took her time to explain everything and made sure he was comfortable. She’s incredible with kids and truly knows how to make them feel safe. Now, we no longer dread dental visits. In fact, we look forward to them.
