carol prasad 5 Stars – An Amazing First Experience! I went in today as a new patient for a consultation, examination, and general clean. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to fear and embarrassment about the condition of my teeth, as well as other personal reasons that held me back from seeking treatment. I was extremely nervous walking in, but from the moment I arrived, the receptionist was kind, respectful, and made me feel welcome. Dr. Dish was absolutely amazing. He was caring, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly. During the examination and clean, he was very gentle and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay—asking if I needed a break or if anything was painful. His assistant was also incredibly kind and supportive, which made a big difference in helping me feel at ease. For the first time in years, my teeth feel clean and look great—and even more importantly, my fear of going to the dentist is gone. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment. If you’re someone who’s anxious or hesitant about seeing a dentist, I highly recommend this clinic. The whole team truly cares and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish.

Constellation Aquila Wonderful experience!!! I’m usually fussy to go to certain Dentists!!! I’m so happy to have ended up visiting Dazzling smile yesterday. Dr Dish was amazing… I felt zero pain!! He was fast gentle and very caring!! The wait time was nil and prices are more reasonable than any other dental clinic I visited.. Service was super friendly. They even sent me messages to check if I was ok after my visit. Love this place and would also recommend it for sure…

Dr Dish was amazing, he made me feel super comfortable and was through in his explanations. He was very considerate , and gentle through my whole visit. jay I visited recently to Primary Dental clinic where I saw Dr Greena for my mother who was in a lot of pain that day and she was scared as she never got treatment from Australian before . But I must appreciate the patience and compassion Dr Greena had, she made my mother very comfortable before starting treatment. And she got best outcome after treatment too. I have visited Dr Greena twice since then . Can’t thank her enough and her incredible team. Highly recommended this place .

Sabah Hoblos I do not advise anyone to visit this clinic, it was one of the worst experiences I have had with dental wisdom, the doctor who saw me on Saturday has no skill in dentistry, she could not extract the tooth and drilled it for more than half an hour and took money from me and did nothing to me except increase the pain many times over, I remained in pain from Saturday to Monday because of her, and today I went to another clinic and the doctor extracted it with ease and professionalism

Rangi Fruean The staff are very lovely. Dr Zheng was able to see me last minute to perform a Tooth Extraction. I was so pleased with the service provided, that I ended up booking my children in for a dental check up 2 weeks later.

Mehnaaz Mehazabeen Rachel is just amazing. I am not a big fan of dentist though my traumatic experience left me not to see a dentist for almost 4 yrs. But when my daughter visited Rachel she encouraged me to visit Rachel once. So i did,Rachel is the best in Melbourne..she is gentle, she will listen to you and understands you. An awesome kiwi. I highly recommend her. Her hands will do the miracle and your phobia will disappear. I cant thank her enough. Their prices are very reasonable unlike the worst places with worst experience and they empty ur purse. Rachel i hope u never leave Melbourne other wise i have to move with you

Monika Reddy Dr Greena Rani has been amazing with my 71 year old dad. She was very gentle, she listened and understood my dad very well. My dad had his front tooth taken off since it was half broken. Dr Greena Rani did a amazing job, my dad was not in pain at all the next day. We were amazed! The price was reasonable as well. I can’t thank her enough. I will be taking my kids and myself to her as well. Highly recommend!

Adibah AW PEOPLE BEAWARE !!!! Absolutely shocking!!! Just called up because wanted to book my children once he knew i had child dental grant would not tell me how much a check up would cost, saying dont worry you have a grant its free, I asked him 3 times and wouldn’t tell me what a check up cost will cost, they want to extort the grant, the grant is for us to use on out children when in need NOT FOR YOUS TO EXTORT IT!!!!. Just replying to your reply I asked for a check only, any dentist you call would easily tell you what a check up cost you LIAR. WHO BILLS MEDICARE YOU LIAR???

Sarah Bird I had a wobbly wisdom tooth. I didn’t have pain, but I knew it was only a matter of time. Anyway, I was on the waiting list. They were very kind to get me in when somebody canceled. On Thursday, it was removed. Apparently, the tooth was broken and a little hard to remove. However, I virtually had no after effects. I would definitely recommend Hardy Avenue Dentists.

We now have moved away from Craigieburn, but we still would come all the way to see them from our new place. Because its totally worth it ! Highly recommended!

Suku Chhibbar I strongly do not recommend Dr Preeti Preeti at any cost especially if you are seeking dental treatment for your child. I had the worst experience. My child was in agony, the treatment consumed all of the treatment cost paid my medicare in one sitting. My 8 years old daughter came home in tears and in agony. Her dental filling came out in less than 2 months costing me so much money out of pocket having to fix it elsewhere. The receptionist lied about Dr Peter being away and later on advising (after experiencing complication, she said I can show him) that Dr Peter is in Sydney. I paid a big price emotionally and financially and would not lwant anyone else to experience it.

My mother attended to get an infected tooth removed and they broke it in half and said she would now have to find a surgeon too remove and they will be booked out for 3 months. They charged her and said once the surgeon removes the tooth come back and we can continue with the process. Absolutely disgusting how you treated her and still charged her after breaking the tooth. We wont be returning or recommending this poor excuse of a dental clinic. Very unprofessional and doesnt even deserve the 1 star.

lina safar receptionist was not happy to be there at all and gave a lot of attitude the system that they use is very weird. There is a two year waitlist for dental work. There arent walk ins you have to book online but the only way you book is by calling them at 8pm for kids and 9 pm for adults which is for emergency calls but for some reason that only god knows you book your appointments through there.

Tim Bruce Disgraceful rude service. 3 trips to the dpv craigieburn and all times with different dentists had been the same resulting in damaging a tooth worse than what i went in for. Ohnestly it was because of my experience i decided to check the reviews and all reviews are saying the same thing, how is this place still going under the same management and staff seriously. What a unprofessional place to go to, Should be ashamed of yourselves.
