M D I don’t usually complain but felt in this case I would. I booked an appointment yet waited over an hour with my feet in water until seen. Appears walk ins and appointments make no difference. The person who attended to me attended to others at the same time, stopping for periods of time between my treatment. The end result was shoddy and I do a better job myself at home. There was no shaping, no massage and poor attention to detail. I have to say watching the other staff I could see that they were good and paying attention to their work and clients. To add, the cotton used to take my nail polish off had blue nail polish already on it. Clearly already used. Also the electric file was clearly used and not changed. Definitely questions hygiene. I think I got the manager. Slightly older than the rest. $51. Save your money. Convenience over quality. No thanks.
