1 /5 Malkeet Singh: --- **Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional – Will Never Return** I accompanied my wife to *My Skin Parkmore* for her laser appointment, and we both had a terrible experience. When she booked the appointment over the phone, the staff told her they would charge **$50 in advance from the total $119** just to confirm the booking, as she had previously missed an appointment. That made sense to us, and we were under the impression that $50 was part of the total cost, not an additional charge. After the treatment, however, the staff told her she had to pay the **full $119**, on top of the $50 already charged. When we tried to explain what was said during the phone booking, they completely dismissed us and one of the staff members even **threatened to call security** if we didn’t pay the full amount. It was shocking and incredibly unprofessional. We were also told she received a discounted price – which is confusing because **we never asked for a discount – the price was based on their advertised sale**. This whole experience felt like a **scam**, and it was embarrassing and stressful for both of us. We’ve been to other clinics before and have never dealt with anything like this. My wife ended up paying the full amount just to avoid further conflict, but it felt like **a complete waste of money**. We will never return, and we want others to be aware of how this clinic treats customers. **The staff need better training in customer service and honesty in pricing.** --- .
