2 /5 Ayla Beckett: I’m leaving a review as I’ve had very mixed emotions about this business. My nails always last which is great! But everytime I come for a pedicure I tell them I need my feet scrubbed to emphasise it. And yet everytime they just paint my toenails and when I ask to scrub they’ll scrub for like 5 seconds. I had also asked for my nails and feet to match and there completely different colour. I also had eyelash extensions done here that completely irritated my eyes (I’ve been getting lashes for 7 years and never experienced that)

I have never been happier going to a nail salon and they are the sweetest people ever. I have recommended them to everyone as I always get compliments on my nails!!!! Best experience ever xxx

1 /5 Ari Farhad: I got my eye lashes done 2 days ago as well as my toes. My toes were perfect props to that lady she did an amazing job and took her time. But the service for my lashes was horrible it was itching and it was hurting and they kept falling out. not only that I wanted them removed immediately and that process itself was burning my eyes. I was blamed for having sensitive eyes but aren’t everyone’s eyes sensitive ? That doesn’t make sense. I asked for a refunded also contacted the owner and she decided to ignore my message so I took it further to consumer affairs cause there is no way I’m allowing someone to take my money and giving a customer a faulty service. Mind you a usual lash service goes for 1-2 hours mine went for 30 minutes or so both eyes and I didn’t have any lashes pads but tape holding my bottom lashes together. I felt the lashes she was putting on places on my forehead. Very very unprofessional. Never again. And I hope to get my refund otherwise I’ll be taking this further. People have financial struggles it’s not fair. Mind you I was also very very polite to the lady who did them. But I don’t like the fact I was being blamed for the horrible outcome of those lashes.

1 /5 444: I found this nail salon through Instagram, drawn in by their advertising and I saw a Google rating of 3.7 which now, in hindsight, makes sense. I arrived early at 4:20PM for my 5 PM appointment to avoid feeling rushed, yet there was no warm greeting from the staff. When I asked about the price, I was informed that all services had increased by $5 to $10 starting that day which was yesterday with no prior notice online. The biggest issue was the lack of attention to detail. As soon as the nail tech applied the fake tip to my index finger, I noticed it was overly curved and mentioned it immediately. Instead of addressing it right then, she continued with the service, making it even harder to correct later. Every time I touch my nails, especially that overly curved one, I feel annoyed. The language barrier made communication difficult, and my repeated requests went unaddressed. I just had a look at other bad reviews, and they mention the same issues. The salon is supposed to close at 6 PM, but they started packing up at 5:10 PM, making the appointment feel rushed. I do not normally leave bad reviews, but this was probably the worst nail experience I have ever had in Melbourne. If you plan to visit, be mindful of the sudden price increase and be very clear about your expectations.
