1 /5 Yong: make a complaint about the receptionists at public dental box hill Victoria. My mum is 82 years old, her age pension application is in process, during the time, her denture suddenly stopped working. On 29th November, my mum and I went there to ask for some information about my mums dental public services. They give wrong information. They informed us to apply for a temporary health care card which does not exist. On 2nd December, I called them again after my mum granted a commonwealth senior health care. They insisted the centre does not take this kind of health care card. The staffs are expected to give the right information, but they are not qualified to do so. I would like to know why they are still sitting there if they are not qualified.

1 /5 Skye Blake: I have been to this dental clinic 5 times for a filling which has now left me unable to chew on that side of my mouth, despite having no pain prior. I have cried so much over how many times Ive had to come in, taking time off work, to fix a problem they started. Im absolutely devastated that this is still not resolved and I simply cant trust that going a 6th time will fix the issue. Avoid this clinic unless going for a basic clean.

1 /5 Frosty Boy: I attended this clinic just the other day. We were meant to be doing an examination…… however for whatever reason this student dentist has decided we were going to remove 2 teeth on this day. I agreed. 1 came out. A bit rough but ok…….. the second one…… the kid went at it for ages, snapped several bits off it and all. Took like 3 or 4 breaks in the middle of this ordeal and then being close to knock off time…….. decided they were just gonna leave it as is. Gave me another appointment in 3 weeks time. The next day I had to call them back as my face has swelled up, my whole mouth aches and I’d had very little sleep because of this. The lady on the phone says “we don’t have any appointments, try again in a few days”.
