Life Cycle Good dentists here and no concerns with the quality of care. However, I’ve rated it lower due to the persistent phone calls and booking reminders, which have become excessive and frustrating. I’ve received multiple calls and messages over several days for non-urgent matters, which I don’t consider necessary. As their number appears as unknown on my phone, calls go straight to voicemail—but instead of leaving a message, they often ring repeatedly. I would strongly suggest moving to a more modern approach, such as online booking or a telehealth platform, and relying on voicemail or SMS for non-urgent updates.

geraldine kinsella I have never regretted changing from my city dental practice to this one. Ive always had excellent care here. The staff are lovely- kind, caring and highly professional. Im always happy with the results of my treatments, both major and simple. Id highly recommend this practice. Fives stars!
