The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to provide a detailed overview of my watch’s functions. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. I highly recommend Saleras Jewelry for their outstanding service and expertise!

1 /5 Hulk Or: I had been to Saleras jewellery and watches store at Werribee Plaza a few weeks ago. When I entered the store the Vietnamese rep was attending an Indian Punjabi Turban man and had his two little boys with him. Tatiana the Italian service rep seriously just offended me. She didnt attend me for 15 min and when I requested she bluntly pointing that Indian turban man said "I thought he was your husband so I didnt". Horribly rude and offensive. You dont say random people you are couple or is that your boyfriend or father of your children. Literally made me lose my cool. The least respectful way is asking " Are you both together?" or "Are you family?". Literally her attitude drove me nuts. Seriously how come she was never been questioned on her way of approaching the customers.
