We loved the experience so much that my brother chose them for his wife’s engagement ring, and they returned again for both of their wedding bands too. The quality, care, and pride they take in their work is unmatched. We’ve just ordered a custom bracelet for my husband and my eternity ring today, and we couldn’t be more excited. Every piece is crafted with such attention to detail and their customer service is always outstanding. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery that is truly special and made with love.

The process from idea to actual ring has been so smooth and efficient and I was happily surprised by how personalised the experience was, despite the larger online presence. We booked an appointment and was able to come in the next day to try on rings and discuss the style I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or as if the team was just there wanting to make a sale. Eli truly wanted to help create the prefect ring for me. When I picked up the ring a few weeks later the team went above and beyond to make sure the new ring fit with my existing set and it was all coming together as expected, including some touch ups to my existing wedding band. FZ LM The jeweller that runs the place is a legend in the area and for good reason. Went to the top jewellery shops from Auburn to Paramatta and around and they couldnt make the custom ring I wanted. They said it was too complex. The jeweller here looked at it and said, "easy Ive made that before". I was expecting a hefty charge due to the high status of the shop, but this custom ring was cheaper than the standard options offered at other shops. Definitely gonna give him custom designs and they have a massive selection of natural gemstones.
