1 /5 Emama Tasnim Sabah: Horrible customer service. I was there twice and I was surprised. I will never go back to this store. Other Michael Hills are really good. This hurstville stores staffs behaviour feels like they are not even trained for this store. They are just unbelievable.

1 /5 徐金金: I bought a diamond ring last year. There was only one ring of this design in the store which was $6999. I couldnt compare the quality because this was the only one of this design. At the same time, this ring was also on sale. I asked the shop assistant why the discount was on. She said it was because of the last one and she would not have this ring again.Then I bought it. But two months later, I discovered that there was a black spot in the diamond. I didn’t see it when I bought it. I went to the store to ask if it was there originally or if there was something wrong with the diamond. I found out that they had another one in the store that was exactly the same. The full price is the same, and the discount is the same. Their insincere sales model has made me stop being their customer for 6 years. Business must be sincere to last. PS one of the shop assistant middle age western women’s attitude was bad. Another female manager was nice.
