5 /5 Marnie Kruyer: I needed to purchase a gift for my daughter and for my son’s girlfriend. I needed a Christmas gift and a graduation gift. Nicole was extremely helpful and patient with me as she helped me make a decision about earrings . She made suggestions and she showed me a variety of options . She was not at all pushy or forceful and she listened to my description of both girls personalities so she could get an insight into what they might like . I highly recommend this store as the staff take their customers needs into consideration. I did not feel rushed and I was extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received from Nicole

5 /5 Zacorama: My experience with this store was 1st class for customer service! I had an issue with a chain and Kate the manager, Carmel and Linda were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional, and dealt with my issue with a very favorable outcome. I believe these ladies went over and above to ensure I was a happy customer. Highly Recommend Prouds Forest Hill!

1 /5 Minoli Thanthrimudali: I called the store today for a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made 2 weeks ago. The lady on the phone was lovely and was in the middle of helping me get a copy of my receipt as I was in a different store trying to make an exchange. The manager at the time took the phone from the lady assisting me and spoke to me in such a rude way - saying she couldnt help me that there were other customers in store walking in that she had to help. She then went to say how her area manager walked in and that she needed to get off the phone. The receipt I needed was for items I had purchased for over 1100 dollars and I am absolutely appauled by the level of customer service I received. This has made me want to return all my items and never shop at prouds again. Very disappointed. I personally dont think this person sis suited for customer service- especially a management position. At the end agger she spoke so rudley she has the audacity to huang ip on me. Hopefully this review will save someone else from experiencing what I did today !
