He treated the piece with genuine care and attention, as if it were far more valuable than just sentimental. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he clearly takes pride in his work. John showed great attention to detail and was incredibly considerate throughout. It’s rare to find someone who not only does the job well but actually seems to enjoy doing it right. Also, bonus points for being friendly without the hard-sell vibe — always appreciated. I came in with a tangled mess and left with a beautifully repaired necklace (and zero stress). Highly recommend!

I have spent $100,000s in jewellery over the last 45+ years of adult life and to find 2 complementary jewelers as in Joanne & John in the same place is rare. Exceptional customer service and craftsmanship at a realistic price. Thank you both very much and you will see me again (& again)
