1 /5 Harish Gopinath: Worst customer service, would give 0 also, never buy from here, the cost keeps changing as their minds, they have agreed upon a price for cash for a product and when we took effort to withdraw and return in half an hour, the price suddenly increases on a Sunday! Just trying to steal extra money while closing a deal. Bad business strategy, not standing by the word. Focused only on profits and fooling customers

The staff doesn’t listen to what customers are asking for, and while we are still deciding, they keep putting items back without even letting us see them properly. They also talk among themselves and often don’t respond to what we say, making the experience frustrating. Definitely not a place I would recommend based on customer experience. But looking at the old reviews, looks like the customer service is not gonna improve. If you’re someone who hates small talk but loves good jewelry designs, this might be the perfect shop for you! Unfortunately, for those of us who like a little customer service with shopping, this place is a nightmare. !

1 /5 Ila Arud: Disappointing customer service. I’ve visited the store a few times, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it hasn’t improved. The person in charge can come across as dismissive, which makes the interaction less welcoming than expected. Edit: In response to Jearmy Jewellery’s reply regarding GST — I want to make it clear that I did not request to purchase anything without GST. Making such false accusations without knowing who I am or the purpose of my visit is inappropriate and unprofessional. This kind of assumption only reinforces the poor customer service experience I had.
