Van was especially attentive and knowledgeable whilst Lena showed her vast understanding of Tiffanys history and style. The experience will not be forgotten and it had that special feel of "Breakfast at Tiffanys" Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten! The iconic brand and elegance of this beautiful store is enduring and has made a mark on our 14 year old daughter just as much as it has on us. I recently contacted him about an online-exclusive item that wasn’t available in-store. Van was incredibly proactive he quickly sought and received approval to have the item shipped to the store on my behalf. He personally called me to confirm he could order it and arranged for me to pick it up within a few business days. Van’s professionalism was evident throughout. He promptly sent through the payment links, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction. I’ve been fortunate to have Van as my SA for several years now, and he consistently delivers exceptional customer service. When I arrived to collect my item, Van made me feel completely at ease. He even offered me a coffee while he presented and beautifully gift wrapped the item. My experience at the Collins Street store was outstanding, and I’ll absolutely be recommending Van and the store to my family and friends.

From start to finish, his patience, knowledge, and outstanding service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Van was incredibly kind, even replying to my messages outside of work hours, which I honestly didn’t expect. Whenever I needed more info, he took the initiative to ask questions for me and never just said “no” or “I’m not sure.” Instead, he went out of his way to find the answers I needed, which really helped me feel confident and comfortable throughout. If you’re looking for a product for yourself or someone, Van Nguyen is the person to see. He treats everyone with respect, goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after, and take ownership of his work. Compared to my visits at Chadstone store and a previously experienced at Collins Street store, Van’s approach was more genuine and supportive compare to the negative experiences I have. Even when I wasn’t sure if I’d buy anything, he never pressured me or made me feel judged. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Van. He’s patient, supportive, and makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. Most importantly, he makes sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
