1 /5 Lauchlan Mcinally: This is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review but after what we’ve been through I feel like people need to know. I bought a tennis bracelet for my pregnant partner six months ago as a Christmas gift. In total she’s worn it for maybe two weeks and it’s fallen apart twice.
The first time it broke she took it back and was accused of taking a hammer to it. No apology, no accountability, just blame. They held onto it for two months and told us it was being fixed “out of goodwill.”
She wore it again after we got it back and within a week it broke again. We returned it and once again no care, no ownership, just poor service. Now after waiting another two months they’ve come back asking us to pay $260 to fix it.
The whole experience has been a joke. If you’re expecting a quality product or decent customer service do not waste your time or money here.
