Lauchlan Mcinally This is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review but after what we’ve been through I feel like people need to know. I bought a tennis bracelet for my pregnant partner six months ago as a Christmas gift. In total she’s worn it for maybe two weeks and it’s fallen apart twice. The first time it broke she took it back and was accused of taking a hammer to it. No apology, no accountability, just blame. They held onto it for two months and told us it was being fixed “out of goodwill.” She wore it again after we got it back and within a week it broke again. We returned it and once again no care, no ownership, just poor service. Now after waiting another two months they’ve come back asking us to pay $260 to fix it. The whole experience has been a joke. If you’re expecting a quality product or decent customer service do not waste your time or money here.

Jacinta S I’m over going to this store and receiving poor service. Jewellery on display was dirty and discoloured. It was great that we were greeted before we had even stepped into the store but then received service from a lady who possibly had more important things to attend to rather than helping me with a warranty issue. She didn’t even offer to help me find a store that possibly had the item I was looking for, after showing me an empty bag, I was just told I could go to any other Pandora store and they would help me. Maybe it’s because I had gone in with an issue and she wasn’t going to meet her sales for the day because I wasn’t purchasing anything. Maybe if I go to a different Pandora store, they would be nicer and care if their customers walk out happy or not.

Emma Jones Looking for a lost wallet, i snapped the shank of a most cherished ring. It was a present so I had no idea it had been purchased at Michael Hill. I rushed in, flustered and upset. Sharon spotted that even though it was from an older collection, it was indeed a Michael Hill ring. I mean, this ring was bought at least 3yrs ago and Sharon recognised it as one of theirs. From there, Sharon and Sarah made the quoting process a breeze, a call came through just 2 days later and Viola! Crisis averted. Sharon and Sarah... thank you very much for your effort and help.

V S Really poor customer service on 27/12/24. I purchased $20 worth of earrings and paid cash, giving a $50 note. The two sales assistants looked stunned and confused by the cash. One then said "whats your email address for the receipt?" I replied with "Im not giving my email, Id just like the receipt". Both girls at the counter continued to laugh, zero eye contact, very rude. They gave me the receipt and I was appalled by their behaviour. I walked out and realised that they did not give me my change so I went back. When I said that I had not been given my $30 change, one of the rude sales assistants said "oh yeah, my bad". I expressed to them how rude their behaviour was. Im bemused that a reputable retail store employs and retains sales assistants of such low calibre, they are really poor representatives of your business. I dont think that any amount of training can actually fix this.

Leah M If I could leave zero stars I would. They take your money, take your jewellery, keep it 5x longer than they said it would be, and then give it back to you BROKEN. They refused to accept responsibility, ignored all contacts trying to resolve, only to respond with a Go ahead threat when we said we would make a complaint. Disgraceful - Dont waste your time or money on this unprofessional excuse of space.

Philippa Grosse I cannot recommend a jewellery less than I would this place. We brought in some jewellery to be cleaned and appraised, initially told it would be 2 days if we paid in cash which we did. After repeatedly contacting for updates the jewellery arrived 2 weeks later and the clasp on a necklace was broken. I repeatedly emailed the company to get the clasp repaired and it wasnt until I said I would be lodging a complaint that they actually responded simply with "Go ahead" Avoid this jeweller at all costs.

Sarah Isa Aldo is wonderful. I asked him to work on my engagement ring, he did a wonderful job. Even asked me to come in and check before he welded it. If you want old style service with character and personality, Aldo is your man. If you want promises, but have to wait months, and get mediocre service for triple the price, go elsewhere.

The staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting us, making us feel unwelcome and their lack of enthusiasm was discouraging. I wanted to try on a few pairs of earrings, but the staff member seemed annoyed by my request. Even though I was interested in some pieces, we left empty-handed due to the poor service.
