I was almost on the brink of tears and she advised that she would replace it free of charge due to the warranty. She was so kind and understanding and I really appreciate her service. Thank you once again Saff, you are the best!!

1 /5 Adriana Nascimento: My mum and I had a disappointing experience at the store today. The staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting us, making us feel unwelcome and their lack of enthusiasm was discouraging. I wanted to try on a few pairs of earrings, but the staff member seemed annoyed by my request. Even though I was interested in some pieces, we left empty-handed due to the poor service.

1 /5 Sharvari Peshave: Visited the northland store today (Saturday 11th Nov 2023 @ 4:30 pm), was attended by the least interested staff, may be I didn’t dress up “rich enough”. Wanted to try on the bracelets, after trying the first one she asked me if I wanted to get that, when I said still deciding she was even less interested to serve. When I asked to put on the 2nd bracelet she just placed it on my hand without locking it, I had to ask her to do that. I want to buy both the bracelets but I would rather go to a farther store to get them than experience such customer service. Highly disappointed and annoyed.
