Their collection is always of top-notch quality, and even when we dont plan on buying anything, we often end up purchasing something because of how impressive their jewellery is. One of the things that truly sets them apart is their amazing staff and hospitality. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and very cooperative. During our most recent visit yesterday, we were assisted by Preety, and I must say she was exceptionally helpful. She didn’t rush us at all, took her time to show us options, and shared knowledgeable suggestions. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made our visit even more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciate the service provided by Dhunna Jewellers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewellery and excellent customer service.

Nicole V In February 2022, my (now) husband reached out to Bell & Brunt with a vision for my engagement ring. Despite working interstate at the time, Daniel was able to collaborate seamlessly with Carmel and the design team to bring his idea to life. Carmels attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident from the start, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. When Daniel proposed in August 2022, it was an immediate and enthusiastic YES! After the engagement, we returned to Bell & Brunt to design our wedding bands. We each had unique ideas, and once again, Carmel went above and beyond to make our visions a reality. We were married in December 2023, and we couldnt be happier with our rings—they are truly stunning. Not long after our wedding, we approached Carmel for a pair of custom ruby and diamond rose gold studs, designed to match my wedding band, which features 12 encrusted rubies. The earrings turned out beautifully, exactly as we had envisioned. Thank you to Carmel and the entire Bell & Brunt team for making each experience so seamless and enjoyable. Although we’ve since moved away from Adelaide, we cant imagine going anywhere else for our jewellery needs. We look forward to returning to Bell & Brunt for all our future custom pieces.

Prouds the Jewellers Point Cook - NSW

Bianca Ruleska Recently I came into the Prouds store looking for a bracelet. The lovely staff exceeded my expectations. The staff, specifically the young girl Bella and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly. Bella guided me through multiple styles until we found the one that I liked. She was extremely supportive and listened intently to my request. Helen pitched in to also recommend a few styles. The two were so lovely and warm in their customer service. Definitely the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Prouds Point Cook!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Angus & Coote Frankston - NSW

G C I advise all customers to avoid this store. I had a Seiko watch, barely 7 days old and the band fell apart. I went back to ask for a refund and was told the watch needs to be sent away for repair. I said I am not sending a watch away for repair when I just paid $700. This store has a set of policies that they think overrides consumer law. The staff weren’t one bit helpful at all. I’ll now lodge a complaint with their Head office. I would never shop in these stores again. I end up going back to Southland and the salesperson pretended she didn’t remember me. Had the audacity to say the Frankston store didn’t re-link the watch properly when it was this salesperson in Southland. Thankfully I managed to receive a full refund, which is what the Frankston store should have done in the first place. If the managers took the time to read these reviews and reply they’d understand that customers need to be treated with more respect. And also I don’t appreciate staff at Frankston laughing thinking the whole thing is a joke. I’m not surprised Product Review has a 1.7 star average for this company. I suggest everyone read your consumer rights with regards to refunds. A store cannot take these rights away.
