1 /5 G C: I advise all customers to avoid this store. I had a Seiko watch, barely 7 days old and the band fell apart. I went back to ask for a refund and was told the watch needs to be sent away for repair. I said I am not sending a watch away for repair when I just paid $700. This store has a set of policies that they think overrides consumer law. The staff weren’t one bit helpful at all. I’ll now lodge a complaint with their Head office. I would never shop in these stores again. I end up going back to Southland and the salesperson pretended she didn’t remember me. Had the audacity to say the Frankston store didn’t re-link the watch properly when it was this salesperson in Southland. Thankfully I managed to receive a full refund, which is what the Frankston store should have done in the first place. If the managers took the time to read these reviews and reply they’d understand that customers need to be treated with more respect. And also I don’t appreciate staff at Frankston laughing thinking the whole thing is a joke. I’m not surprised Product Review has a 1.7 star average for this company. I suggest everyone read your consumer rights with regards to refunds. A store cannot take these rights away.

1 /5 LYN BOURKE: I purchased a pair of 9ct Gold earings, originally $ 129.00 on sale for $70 from Cranboune Store. The post came away the same day. I was at Frankston the next day so I took them to this store. 2 staff there could not make a decision because head office finishes at 4 pm. However the store is open until 5.30. I had to go back. The manager had called me and was trying to troubleshoot for me. When I went into the store to bring back earings the staff member was rude, she didnt let me explain and told me I should have taken back to Cranbourne. The manager intervened and the earings were sent back to head office. Waited 8 days and called. Staff couldnt give me an answer. These earing are poor quality. Very thin gold and probably a manufacturing fault, that is why the post fell off. However they wouldnt refund. I told them I dont want repaired or exchanged. I was fortunate that it happened while I was at home otherwise I could loose them while wearing them out. They would only supply a gift card. I ended up asking my credit card company to supply a refund on my card and they investigate. This company does reply to emails put through their website. The staff cant make decisions. This was a time consuming exercise and I was without the earings that I needed. Dont purchase from Angus and Coote, Prouds or Goldmark as they are under the same banner and they sell inferior merchandise.

1 /5 Nola White: NEVER AGAIN! We finally found a ring and it was to be given to my partner on his birthday. We ordered it in march and still no ring. Im heartbroken. The young girl blamed us , long weekend and the bag deliverer yet its the stores wrong doing. Not even a courtesy call just to let me know what was happening. I walked on with my partner to pick up the ring, and it was not in, and they couldnt tell us what happened. So today, my partner, when in to see what was happening with his ring and still no ring. The young girl said we didnt go into the store and made excuses and didnt even know her stores policy. Never again. Got money back well lets hope they dont stuff this up.

1 /5 Dean Close: Purchased a watch on 22/12/2022 have worn for 4 weeks flat battery now. Will not repair at store needs to be sent away for a warranty claim $ 20 for 5 min job in same centre by a competitor. Don’t purchase because after you leave and they take your $$ that’s the end of any customer service.

1 /5 Miss B: Your store have had my ring to Re size since 22/9/2017 I keep calling And no one follows up and calls me back it was only supposed to take a week I paid for the resize straight away. Then they told me the jeweller was on leave but would be back on 10/10 no one ever bothered to call and tell me it would be delayed as he was now on leave. Now its the 20/10 still no update on my ring . I have called several times I keep getting helen and phoebe and still no result on my ring, Im very disappointed and I want my wedding ring back!
