1 /5 Leah M: If I could leave zero stars I would. They take your money, take your jewellery, keep it 5x longer than they said it would be, and then give it back to you BROKEN. They refused to accept responsibility, ignored all contacts trying to resolve, only to respond with a Go ahead threat when we said we would make a complaint. Disgraceful - Dont waste your time or money on this unprofessional excuse of space.

We brought in some jewellery to be cleaned and appraised, initially told it would be 2 days if we paid in cash which we did. After repeatedly contacting for updates the jewellery arrived 2 weeks later and the clasp on a necklace was broken. I repeatedly emailed the company to get the clasp repaired and it wasnt until I said I would be lodging a complaint that they actually responded simply with "Go ahead" Avoid this jeweller at all costs.
