When we checked out I wasnt asked if I had an account and therefore could not hold a digital receipt of my purchase, but it wasnt a huge deal so I left. Afterwards I realised she didnt hand me my change, so I went back for it and also used the opportunity to ask if I could have my receipt linked to my digital account and only then did she finally ask if i had an account, but proceeded to tell me that she couldnt revisit the transaction even though its been only a few minutes. left feeling extremely unsatisfied with the minimum effort put into her treatment to her customers.
