1 /5 The Feels Club: Had such a disappointing customer service experience here on Friday 5/9… the only time I was spoken to was when I was handed a tray. I spent a good 15 minutes moving across the store, filling that tray with multiple items I needed for an event. Majority of this time I was the only customer in there and still nobody offered help, not once. Even when standing in front of one of the locked cabinets, there was an item I wanted to see in there but was made to feel like a ghost. One of the two workers even saw me looking in the cabinet and leaned in across me to place stock on a display, but said nothing at all. The other girl was behind the counter and several times I even turned to her to get her attention to help me and got nothing. In the end I had enough… I placed the tray on the ground and walked out. Suddenly the two workers came running to the front of store thinking I had left with the tray. So I turned to them pointed to the tray on the floor and said “I was going to buy all that but the lack of customer service turned me off”
