3 /5 Anurag Beck: Lady that served me was nice and polite. I was surprised to know that they only have one piece of each watch to sell and they sold me the demo version of GShock GRB 300. On top I was given a box with wrong model number for g shock , was told that is how it comes and is random . Proud needs to step up their game and improve the buying experience. Below average buying experience. Staff did try to help me and all were very accommodating.

A sales lady called Irene went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect ring, taking the time to check and measuring my size regarding my special order. I went to collect my ring today. It is absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Also what really stood out was the genuine care and patience Irene and her team showed throughout the process—it made the whole experience so special for me! 1 /5 Aleta Harper: Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service from Prouds Jewellers. A locket that my 17 yo son bought with his own money for his girlfriends 18th birthday broke and detached from its chain and was lost after a month. Prouds refuses to take responsibility for their bad quality products or show any goodwill. This kind of treatment shows total disregard for customer trust. You deserve better. Think twice before spending your money here. Most of the reviews here are fake - just check out other review platforms that are 1-2 stars, big difference from this one.

They were incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful service these days. I truly appreciate it.

4 /5 Ninos Mirzai: Bought 2 mens rings at a good price. The lady that served me was friendly & gave me a price i couldnt refuse. I went to a couple other jewellery stores, one of them was too pushy & seemed too desperate to make a sale & the other didnt have much of a variety. Highly recommend Prouds. Reasonable prices & a large variety of chains, bracelets, rings etc

Amanda Tola The experience with Solitaire jewellers was honest and genuine from the start. Ram gave me an honest price (and I did my homework and met with a few jewellers) and didn’t try to talk or sell me into anything I had my matching wedding and eternity bands remade for extra strength as they had broken a few times (these were made and repaired elsewhere up until now). I just got them back and they look and feel amazing. I could feel the extra weight in gold immediately as I picked them up and I don’t know how he did it, but I’m sure the diamonds even look bigger than they did before from the way he has shaped the gold around them. The attached photos don’t do them justice and I wish I took better before photos. I highly recommend Ram and the team abc will definitely be a returning customer.
